Embrace the Victory: New Haven Earns Top Seed in 2018 NE10 Volleyball Championship

MANSFIELD, Mass. - New Haven volleyball won the 2018 NE10 regular season title with a five-set win over Saint Anselm on Saturday night, earning the top seed in the NE10 Championship, which begins with the quarterfinals on Tuesday. It is the second-straight regular season championship for the Chargers. 

For the entire tournament bracket and schedule, see below. 

The Chargers will get a rematch against the Hawks, the No. 8 seed in the championship, while second-ranked Adelphi will host No. 7 Saint Rose. In the other two matchups, No. 3 American International plays No. 6 Pace and No. 4 Southern Connecticut State welcomes No. 5 Southern New Hampshire. All quarterfinal matches are scheduled for Tuesday at 7 p.m. 

Semifinals for the NE10 Volleyball Championship will be on Friday, Nov. 9, with the championship final on Saturday, Nov. 10. The highest seed remaining after Tuesday will host both the semifinals and final over the weekend.

Friday, November 9th 
Semifinals - at highest remaining seed following the quarterfinal matches
Match 5: Match 1 winner vs. Match 4 winner (5:00 pm or 7:30 pm)
Match 6: Match 2 winner vs. Match 3 winner (5:00 pm or 7:30 pm)
