Embrace the Philosophy: 46 NE10 Student-Athletes Earn Google Cloud Academic All-District Honors

46 Student-Athletes Named to Academic All-District Teams.


MANSFIELD, Mass. – At the conclusion of the spring season, the Northeast-10 Conference had 46 student-athletes receive Google Cloud Academic All-District honors for their outstanding work in the classroom – including a league-high nine selections from women’s track & field.

For a complete list of academic honorees, please see the list below. Academic All-District athletes advance to the Google Cloud Academic All-America ballot. As of Tuesday, All-American Teams have yet to be announced for Track/Cross Country and the At-Large category. 12 NE10 institutions are represented in the Academic All-District Team announcements.

Women’s track & field had nine selections to the Academic All-District Team, which consists of athletes from the Division II East Region (CACC, ECC and NE10). Men’s track & field and baseball each had seven players included, while softball had six.

The At-Large category considers athletes from sports other than baseball, basketball, football, soccer, softball, track & field/cross country and volleyball. Men’s tennis led all NE10 sports with four selections, while men’s/women’s lacrosse and women’s swimming & diving produced three each.

Five NE10 Players/Athletes of the Year were named Academic All-District, while 38 of 46 student-athletes that were honored also earned All-Conference recognition for their excellent performances during the regular season and NE10 Championships.
