Semester
SOUTH EASTON, Mass. – The Northeast-10 Conference has announced its Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the 2012 fall semester, with a total of 3,186 student-athletes from the conference’s 16 member institutions receiving recognition.
The Commissioner’s Honor Roll recognizes the
conference’s student-athletes for their achievement in the
classroom. Of those that were honored, 138 student-athletes earned
a perfect grade point average of 4.0, and 45 percent of the
student-athletes that were honored received a GPA of 3.5 or higher
during the fall semester.
“We're extremely proud of the continued academic
accomplishments of our student-athletes,” said Northeast-10
commissioner Julie Ruppert. “Over
50 percent of all student-athletes were named to the honor roll in
both the fall and the spring, and that’s a tremendous
accomplishment.”
