Four Players Named to First Team.

MANSFIELD, Mass. – Bentley's Zach Laput was named the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) Men's Basketball East Region Player of the Year, as 11 men's and women's players from the Northeast-10 Conference were selected to All-East Region teams this week. Four players, two for both the men and women, were First Team selections.

Laput, the NE10 Men's Basketball Player of the Year, and Southern New Hampshire's Adriana Timberlake, the NE10 Women's Basketball Player of the Year, highlighted the group of First Team players. Overall, eight institutions and nine programs from the NE10 were represented on All-Region teams.

Laput leads all NE10 players in scoring this season with 20.7 points per game, including 19.9 points against conference opponents. Laput also is averaging 6.7 rebounds and 3.0 assists per contest. He ranks fourth in the league in shooting percentage (55.1) and tallied 17 games with 20 or more points during the regular season. He was a three-time NE10 Player of the Week selection in 2022-23.

Saint Anselm's Tyler Arbuckle - the Most Outstanding Player of the NE10 Men's Basketball Championship - joined Laput on the First Team. The NE10 had four players earn Second Team recognition, including Assumption's Isiah Gaiter, New Haven's Quashawn Lane, Saint Anselm's Miles Tention and SNHU's Matt Becht. All six players were named to the NE10 All-Conference First Team.

Joining Timberlake on the First Team was Le Moyne's Lytoya Baker - the NE10 Women's Basketball Defensive Player of the Year. Second Team players included Adelphi's Ty'zhea Hawkins, American International's Taylor Tomlinson and SNHU's Jess Knight. All five players were selected on the NE10 All-Conference First Team.
