The league will present the winning institution with the Cup at the annual year-end banquet, which is held each year in June with conjunction with the league meetings.

The Presidents' Cup is presented annually to signify overall athletic excellence in the Northeast-10 Conference. The honor is awarded to the institution that compiles the most cumulative points, based on finishes in the regular-season standings, from all of its programs competing in league championships.

Adelphi, which won the Presidents' Cup following the 2013-14 school year, saw a nice balance with seven of their eight fall sports scoring ten points or more. Assumption College checks in third in the fall standings with 72.5 points, while Bentley University is fourth with 68.5 points. Southern New Hampshire University rounds out the top five having accumulated 66.5 points.

Assumption checking in third is probably the most surprising result from the fall semester as the Greyhounds finished in 13th place with 106 points total last year.
