The NE-10 had five men's soccer programs selected, making it the highest number of programs from one conference in the nation. Adelphi, Franklin Pierce, Le Moyne, Merrimack, and Southern New Hampshire.

Adelphi, as the #2 seed, will serve as a host for one of the two regionals. It's the ninth-straight bid for the Penmen, who won the 2013 National Championship.

In women's soccer, Adelphi, American International, and Stonehill were all tabbed for inclusion into the NCAA Championship Field. The Panthers women's team will also serve as a host for this weekend's action.

LIU Post claimed the top seed in the East Region of the NCAA Field Hockey Championship and will have a first-round bye after winning the NE-10 Championship. Saint Anselm was tabbed as the second seed, followed by Stonehill as the third and final team of the region.

The Hawks and Skyhawks will face off in Manchester on Saturday at 6 p.m., and the winner will take on the Skyhawks in the semifinals on Friday, Nov. 11.

Stonehill is the predetermined host of the 2016 NCAA Field Hockey Championships, which will be played at W.B. Mason Stadium, November 18-20. The two national semifinals will be played on Friday, November 18, at 2 and 5 p.m., with the national championship game taking place Sunday, November 20, at 1 p.m.

After this past weekend’s NCAA Championship East Regional, which was hosted by Franklin Pierce, five NE-10 cross country teams earned spots in the 2016 NCAA Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships, which will take place on Saturday, Nov. 19 in Saint Leo, Florida.

Assumption and Stonehill were selected on the women’s side, while AIC, Bentley, and Stonehill will compete on the men's side.

In addition to the five NE-10 cross country teams advancing, four more individuals from four different programs will compete for a national championship as well. Two earned spots on the women’s side in AIC's Pascaline Jerotich and Southern Connecticut’s Natasha Fitzpatrick, while Franklin Pierce's Aidan Gilbride, Dage Minors, and Southern New Hampshire’s Nacho Hernando-Angulo represent the NE-10 on the men’s side.
