Molly Belden currently serves as the Senior Associate Commissioner/Senior Woman Administrator after serving the conference for the past 15 years as Assistant and Associate Commissioner for Compliance.

Belden oversees the conference-wide compliance program that includes interpretations, education, waivers, legislative proposal development, and yearly campus reviews. She assisted with the development and now supports the implementation of the NE10 Constitution, Bylaws, Administrative Policies, and Strategic Plan. Belden oversees the conference’s academic awards program and NCAA Conference grant program. She serves as the liaison with several NE10 Councils, in addition to other areas of internal operations of the conference office.

Belden began a four-year term on the DII Nominating Committee in September 2020, and was elected as the committee’s Chair starting in September 2021. She served as the DII CCACA Co-Chair on two occasions (2010-12 and 2020-22) and has completed her service on the NCAA DII Legislation Committee, Division II National Field Hockey Committee and NAAC Membership and Awards Committee. In 2014, Belden received the DII NAAC Excellence Award and participated in the Women Leaders (formerly NACWAA) Leadership Enhancement Institute. 

Prior to the NE10, Belden spent time as the Compliance Coordinator at Villanova University (2004-2008), Assistant Athletics Director/SWA at Longwood University (2003-2004), Compliance Assistant at Cornell University (2002-2003), a team sales rep with Anaconda Sports (2001-2002), and Administrative Intern at the Patriot League (2000-2001).

Belden was a tennis student-athlete at Hartwick College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics and earned a Master's in Athletics Administration from Indiana University.

Belden and her husband, Andrew, welcomed their daughter Campbell in September 2017.
