NE10 Offensive Player of the Week
Dev Holmes, New Haven
Senior l Wide Receiver l Troy, N.Y.
Holmes finished with 99 yards on five catches and a pair of touchdowns to lead the Chargers to a 24-17 win over Bentley securing the programs fifth NE10 title and second in the last three seasons. Holmes two touchdowns came in the second half, with each erasing deficits at the time. His first went for 25 yards down the left hashmarks, while his second was a 53-yard TD, catching the long ball at the five yard line and completing the score to go ahead for good in the fourth quarter. In addition to his 99 receiving yards, he also finished with 26 yards on a pair of punt returns.
NE10 Defensive Player of the Week
Christian Ais, New Haven

Pawelkoski tied his career-best of 11 tackles against Franklin Pierce on Saturday to help Saint Anselm secure the 24-17 victory over the Ravens. He made two sacks for nine yards, his third two-sack game as a Hawk, and recorded a forced fumble in the Senior Day game.
NE10 Special Teams Player of the Week
Tajon Vassar, Bentley
Grad | Corner | Worcester, Mass.
Vassar opened the NE10 Championship game with a 95-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. it was his second KO touchdown of the season. He set a school record with a 98-yard KO return earlier this season in a non-conference game against New Haven.
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Joziah Gonzalez, Franklin Pierce
Freshman | Wide Receiver | Meriden, Conn.
Gonzalez finished his rookie season with 30 yards and a touchdown that put FPU's win over AIC out of reach in the third quarter.
NE10 Weekly Honor Roll
Mohammed Diakite, American International (So., CB - East Orange, N.J.)
Diakite brought down eight FPU Ravens in Saturday's season finale and added an INT with a 25 yard runback.
Nevin Earl, American International (So., DL - Paterson, N.J.)
Earl ended 2023 with six total tackles and 1.5 sacks against Franklin Pierce.
Gavin Johnson, Assumption (Jr., WR - North Bennington, Vt.)
Johnson scored his fifth touchdown on the year and the first on special teams. He took the kick-off 86 yards for a score to increase his kick return average to 48.3 yards per return on the year.
Salvatore Lupoli, Bentley (Jr., LB - Chelmsford, Mass.)
In the final game of his collegiate career, Sal Lupoli Jr. became Bentley's all-time leading tackler (337)... he also finished the season as the nation's leader in tackles per game.
Andrew Meleski, Franklin Pierce (So., RB - Ashland, Mass.)
Meleski carried the ball 19 times for 114 yards vs. FPU. He averaged six yards per carry and marched for a TD.
Chisom Okoro, New Haven (Jr., DL - Chesire, Conn.)
Okoro got to the quarterback for 2.5 sacks vs Bentley in the de facto NE10 championship Saturday. His final sack came on a critical third down that haulted Bentley's comeback attempt.
E'Lijah Gray, Southern Connecticut State (Jr., RB - Somers Point, N.J.)
In the Owls 20-14 win at Assumption, E'Lijah Gray rambled for 190 yards on 34 carries for a 5.6 yard per carry average. For the year, Gray finished as the NE10's leading rusher with 956 yards in 10 games for a 106.2 yards per game average.
Tylon Papallo, Southern Connecticut State (Sr., WR - Meriden, Conn.)
In a 20-14 win on the road at Assumption, the NE10's top receiver totaled seven catches for 106 yards and two touchdowns, including a 59-yard touchdown that gave the Owls a 14-7 lead. For the year, Papallo totaled 974 yards on 63 catches with 10 touchdowns, which led the NE10 while he was also the top-scoring position player in the conference.
