NEW LONDON, N.H. – Led by Robert Falconer's seven-over 147, Bentley edged defending Northeast-10 Conference Champion Le Moyne by a single stroke to capture the 2017 NE10 Men's Golf Championship Tuesday at Lake Sunapee Country Club. It's the sixth NE10 Men's Golf title for the Falcons, second-most in conference history.

To see the complete list of team scores, see below. The three top finishing teams were separated by a total of two strokes.

Bentley, which led by as many as nine strokes during the second round and had a three-stroke advantage after Day One of the two-day event, struggled down the stretch but never relinquished up the lead it had built over the first day-and-a-half of the championship. Birdies on the 500-yard 17th hole by junior Chris Simione and freshman Tommy Ethier during Tuesday's second round helped the Falcons remain on top.

Bentley, which automatically qualifies for next spring's NCAA Division II East/Atlantic Regional, finished with a 289-303-592 to claim its first conference title since 2014 and its sixth overall, most of any current NE10 member. Le Moyne was a stroke back (593 team total), and Saint Anselm (594) finished two behind the Falcons.

Southern New Hampshire sophomore Matt Paradis fired the second even-par round of the tourney to force a playoff and, ultimately, would go on to win individual medalist honors. After a 3-over 73 that had him tied for eighth heading into the final round, Paradis matched the lowest score of the tournament with a 70 to charge up the leaderboard and force a playoff with Saint Anselm's Stephen Hunt, who followed his opening-round 71 with a 72 on Tuesday. Paradis made par on the first hole to win the playoff and become SNHU's first individual NE10 Champion since 2014.
