Ravens Picked to Take the NE10 Title.

MANSFIELD, Mass. – With the 2019 Northeast-10 Conference Women's Golf Championship approaching this weekend at Turning Stone Resort & Casino in Verona, N.Y., the league announced on Thursday that Franklin Pierce has earned the top spot in the Pre-Championship Poll – as voted on by the league's head coaches.

The Ravens, who received 36 points and all six first-place votes from opposing coaches, will look to win their second NE10 title in three years (last won in 2017). Southern New Hampshire recorded 28 points and one first-place tally to finish in second, while Stonehill and Assumption tied for third at 21 points.

The second NE10 Championship of the 2019-20 athletic year is a two-day tournament that will begin on Sunday, Oct. 13, and end on Monday, Oct. 14. Live scoring will be available both days HERE, while travel information and social media coverage can be found on our Championship Central site.

First round action is tentatively scheduled for Sunday at noon, while Monday is a shotgun start at 8 a.m. The awards ceremony will take place after the final pairing has completed the course.
