Adelphi and New Haven Advance to Sunday's Quarterfinals
Adelphi broke the century mark, while New Haven posted one of their highest-scoring games all year to advance in the 2017 Northeast-10 Conference Men's Basketball Championship. Here's what happened during Friday's action:

GARDEN CITY, N.Y. - With a 44-point effort from Michael Coffey, Adelphi defeated Bentley in the First Round of the NE10 Championship Friday evening.
The Panthers (18-11) scored over 100 for the sixth time this season, taking a 101-91 decision over the Falcons (14-13), and will advance to the Quarterfinal Round on Sunday, where they will face Southern New Hampshire, the top seeds from the Northeast Division.
With a new career-high, Coffey was one of four players to reach double-digits, as Connor McGuinness netted 25 of his own in addition to throwing out seven assists. Manny Suarez capped his double-double with a 16-point performance, pulling down 13 boards along the way as Jack Laffey rounded out the scoring with 11 points.
Bentley's Ryan Richmond set a new program single-game record in defeat by scoring 45 points on 20-32 shooting.
#5 SW New Haven 84, #4 NE Merrimack 58 | BOXSCORE
NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. - New Haven (15-13, 9-11 NE10) cruised to an NE10 Championship opening round victory over the No. 4 seed from the Northeast Division Merrimack 84-58.
Leading the Chargers on the night was sophomore Michael Bourke who finished with 21 points, his fourth game of the season in double figures. Bourke finished 6-of-10 from the field, including 4-of-7 from beyond the arc and was a perfect 5-of-5 at the free throw line.
Elijah Bailey scored 20 points, including a perfect performance in the second half as he finished 3-of-3 from the field and 5-of-5 at the line.
Overall, five Chargers finished in double figures with Mihailo Vasic (13 points), Roy Kane, Jr.(12) and Kessly Felizor (10) each joining Bourke and Bailey among the leaders.
Merrimack's Juvaris Hayes, the NE10 Rookie of the Year, was one of the few bright spots for the Warriors as he finished with 14 points and seven assists.
