AIC Distance Medley Relay Wins National Championship

PITTSBURGH, KansasThe American International men's distance medley relay team became the second National Champion at the College and first since 2012 at the 2016 NCAA Division II National Championship at the Robert W. Plaster Center.

The team of sophomore's Chandler Cotton Jr. and Kemani Hume and freshmen Leakey Kipkosgei and Chad Miller raced away to a time of 9:48.02 to claim the national title. Dominic Smith '12 previously won the national title in 2012 in the 400 meter run for Head Coach Leo Mayo.
