4,419 Student-Athletes Earn Academic Honor Roll Status.
MANSFIELD, Mass. – Even in the midst of a pandemic, Northeast-10 Conference student-athletes have remained focused on their academic pursuits.
The NE10 is proud to recognize 4,419 student-athletes – a record-breaking 76-percent of its entire student-athlete body – as Academic Honor Roll recipients for the spring semester of 2020.
The Academic Honor Roll acknowledges the commitment of NE10 student-athletes to excel in the classroom with three designations – Academic Excellence (4.0 GPA), Academic Distinction (3.50-3.99 GPA) and Academic Honors (3.00-3.49 GPA).
Each institution had at least 63-percent of their student-athletes on the list. Nine institutions had over 75-percent of its student-athletes included, with a league-best 91-percent from Pace. Adelphi (89-percent), along with Stonehill and Le Moyne (85-percent), were second and third, respectively.

Among the student-athletes that were recognized, an astonishing 580 of them earned Academic Excellence accolades by recording a perfect 4.0 GPA in the spring – a number that is more than double that of the fall semester. Adelphi and Pace each had a league-high 67 student-athletes earn a 4.0.
Assumption had the highest total number of student-athletes with 435, while Bentley was second with 409. Football had the most student-athletes honored with 486, baseball was second with 391 and women's soccer was third with 337.
The NE10 had 10 sports produce more than 200 student-athletes with a minimum 3.0 GPA for the fall semester. Each of the league's 24 sports saw increases in the total number of student-athletes recognized.
