At-Large Academic All-America Release
Bentley Leads All Schools With Three At-Large Academic All-Americans
AUSTIN, Texas – The Northeast-10 had four female and four male student-athletes earn CoSIDA At-Large Academic All-America honors for their performances in athletics as well as academics during 2020-21.
The at-large program for the CoSIDA Academic All-America program includes the sports of fencing, golf, gymnastics, ice hockey, lacrosse, rifle, skiing, swimming and diving, tennis, water polo for both men and women; bowling, crew and field hockey for women; and volleyball and wrestling for men.
The NE10 had four men and four women honored, highlighted by Alison Johnson of Adelphi women's lacrosse and St. Rose swimmer Colleen Quaglia earning First-Team honors. New Haven's Ivana Andric secured Second-Team honors in tennis while Eliza Bresler of Bentley women's lacrosse was selected to the third team.
On the men's side, Bentley had a pair of men's golfers honored as Ellis Yoder secured Second-Team honors and Tommy Ethier was named to the Third Team. Dan Lewis of Pace men's lacrosse was named to the Second Team while Justin Napolitano of Adelphi men's lacrosse earned Third-Team honors.
