479 Student-Athletes Record 4.0 GPA.
MANSFIELD, Mass. – For the fourth-straight semester, the Northeast-10 Conference had at least 65-percent of its overall student-athlete body achieve Academic Honor Roll status from this past fall, as announced by the league office on Thursday morning.
Among its 14 member and four associate member institutions, the Conference recognized 4,090 student-athletes for their academic achievements. The Academic Honor Roll (AHR) acknowledges the commitment of NE10 student-athletes to excel in the classroom with three designations: Academic Excellence (4.0 GPA), Academic Distinction (3.50-3.99 GPA) and Academic Honors (3.00-3.49).
13 of 14 NE10 full member institutions had at least 50-percent of their student-athletes earn AHR status. Five institutions reached over 70-percent, while 10 had at least 60-percent of its student-athletes recognized.
Adelphi achieved a league-high 84-percent among its student-athletes, while Southern New Hampshire ranked second with 81-percent and Bentley had 80-percent. Le Moyne (79-percent) and Pace (71-percent) round out the top five.

Among all 4,090 student-athletes honored, there were 479 that achieved Academic Excellence status by earning a perfect 4.0 grade-point average (GPA) in the fall semester. Southern New Hampshire led all institutions with 62 student-athletes that had a 4.0 GPA.
Bentley had the highest number of total student-athletes with 423, while Adelphi ranked second (344) and Assumption was third (331). The sport of football had a league-best 401 student-athletes honored, while women's soccer led all female sports with 340.
The NE10 had 10 sports produce 200 or more student-athletes with a minimum 3.0 GPA in the fall semester. Four institutions saw increases in their percentage of student-athletes recognized, while eight of 24 sports saw a boost in their total number of student-athletes honored.
