Franklin Pierce's Isaiah Moore, the NE10 Men's Basketball Player of the Year, as well as Saint Anselm's Peyton Steinman, the NE10 Women's Basketball Player of the Year, highlighted the group as First Team selections. Overall, eight institutions and 10 programs from the NE10 were represented.

Adelphi's Ronnie Silva and Bentley's Jordan Mello-Klein – the Most Outstanding Player of the NE10 Championship – joined Moore on the First Team. Saint Anselm's Chris Paul and Saint Michael's Patrick Gardner earned Second Team recognition. All five players were selected to the All-Conference First Team after outstanding performances in the 2021-22 season.

Pace's Lauren Schetter and Stonehill's Kayla Raymond were named to the All-Region First Team, alongside Steinman. Bentley's Autumn Ceppi – the Most Outstanding Player of the NE10 Championship – and Southern New Hampshire's Meg Knollmeyer earned places on the Second Team. All five players were named to the All-Conference First Team after strong campaigns in 2021-22.

Sports Information Directors from NCAA Division II East Region schools and conferences selected the All-Region teams. The process concludes with All-American selections announced later this month. This is the second year that D2CCA has sponsored the NCAA Division II Men's and Women's All-Region and All-American teams.

The D2CCA encourages and promotes DII athletics and high standards of sportsmanship as important elements of higher education. The CCA is a communications link among the conferences as they discuss views, policies and regulations that impact DII intercollegiate athletics and works closely with the NCAA as a communications channel to NCAA DII member colleges and universities.
