NE10 with 33 Players Honored.
MANSFIELD, Mass. – The Northeast-10 Conference had 33 men's and women's basketball players named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District teams on Tuesday. The league had 10 different institutions represented among the list of honorees.
The 2022-23 Academic All-District teams are selected by CSC (formerly known as CoSIDA), and recognize the nation's top student-athletes across the NCAA and NAIA for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. Academic All-District honors advance to the Academic All-America ballot.
On the men's side, eight student-athletes from the NE10 were honored - including a conference-high three from Southern New Hampshire. Five other schools had one selection. On the women's side, 25 student-athletes from the NE10 were recognized, with three different schools - American International, Southern Connecticut and Southern New Hampshire - each earning a league-best four honorees.
Five NE10 institutions had at least one honoree for both the men and women: Bentley, Pace, Saint Anselm, SCSU and SNHU.
