Mali Klorczyk joined the NE10 staff as the Director of Strategic Communications & Digital Media on July 19, 2022. In her new role at the NE10, Klorczyk will be responsible for directing all multimedia efforts for the conference’s 24 championship sports. She will assist in the league’s annual communications strategy on both the NE10 website and social media applications, while promoting the conference with dynamic content on NE10 NOW.

"I am grateful to be joining the staff as the Director of Strategic Communications and Digital Media for the conference I once competed in as a student-athlete," said Klorczyk. "I look forward to helping the NE10 as it continuously works to further enhance the student-athlete experience and remain a dominant conference in Division II. I would like to thank Commissioner Julie Ruppert and the rest of the staff for this opportunity."

Klorczyk comes to the NE10 after spending the past six years on the campus of Adelphi University - four as a student-athlete with the women's basketball program and two as a graduate assistant in the Athletic Communications office. During her time as a GA in communications, Klorczyk served as the primary media contact for field hockey, men's and women's golf, and softball. She was responsible for training and scheduling student workers, while handling all duties related to sports information, including writing press releases, managing statistics, photography, videography and producing live streams of games on NE10 NOW - the conference's digital streaming platform.

As an undergraduate, Klorczyk played in 69 career games for the Panthers. She graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science in May of 2020, while going on to earn her M.S. in Sport Management in May of 2022. Klorczyk was a three-time selection to the NE10's Academic Honor Roll during her time as a student-athlete.
