NE10 Player of the Week

Maggie Malloy, Saint Anselm
Senior | Forward | Canton, Mass.

Maggie Malloy scored four goals across two games for the nationally-ranked Saint Anselm College field hockey team, helping the Hawks to a 2-0 week. She scored the game-winning goal in both contests, tallying the first goal in a pair of shutouts. She scored her first collegiate hat trick on Saturday against Southern Conn. St. and is now tied for the NE10 lead with five goals this season.


NE10 Defensive Player of the Week

Hannah Tepper, Assumption
Senior | Defense | East Stroudsburg, Pa.

Hannah Tepper scored the 1-0 overtime winner at Pace on Saturday afternoon. She was the backbone of a defense that tallied two shutouts this past week to extend the Greyhounds' streak to four straight shutouts and seven consecutive wins.  


NE10 Goalkeeper of the Week

Addy Araneo, Franklin Pierce
Sophomore | Goalkeeper | Yorktown Heights, N.Y.

Played every minute in a 2-0 week for the Ravens, making 29 saves against 32 shots on her goal, to post a 1.33 GAA and a .906 save percentage. Piled up 21 saves against 22 shots in a 2-1 win at SNHU on Tuesday night. Stopped eight of 10 shots in a 3-2 win over the Penmen at home on Saturday afternoon.


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Erin McGuiness, Bentley
Sophomore | Goalkeeper | Rutland, Mass.

McGuinness, while playing 91:37 in a 1-1 week, allowed only one goal, good for a 0.65 GAA, and was credited with four saves. She limited Assumption to a single goal in a 1-0 overtime loss and played the first half of a 3-0 win at St. Thomas Aquinas. The victory was her first collegiate win. 


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll  

Bianca Bachisin, Adelphi (Sr., D - Manorville, N.Y.) 
Notched her first career collegiate hat-trick including one goal as a penalty stroke to help the Panthers win 9-1 over SNHU.

Kylie Gargiulo, Assumption (Sr., GK - Madison, Conn.) 
Kylie Gragiulo recorded her third and fourth straight shutout with 1-0 wins over Bentley and Pace, as the Greyhounds pushed their winning streak to seven games. She had 13 saves and a 1.000 save percentage, with ten saves occuring at Pace to help Assumption pick up a 1-0 OT win on the road. Gargiulo has also pushed her shutout streak to 293:50, which extends back to Sept. 21st against New Haven.

Caroline Szatkowski, Bentley (Sr., F - Reeders, Pa.)
In a 3-0 win at St. Thomas Aquinas, Szatkowski had both a goal and an assist in the first half of a 3-0 victory. Although she was scoreless in a 1-0 OT loss to Assumption, Szatkowski has a goal in three of the last five contests.

Christine Jarowicz, Franklin Pierce (Sr., M - Kennebunk, Maine)
Tallied four points, on a goal and two assists, in a 2-0 week for the Ravens, and totaled nine shots (six on goal) along the way. Scored the game-winner in the 43rd minute, to cap a six-shot outing in a 2-1 win at SNHU on Tuesday night. Dished out a pair of assists, including one on the double-overtime game-winner, and recorded three shots in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Penmen at home.

Ally Schreck, Mercy (Jr., F - Miller Place, N.Y.)
Schreck had a game-high five points on two goals and one assist in the Mavericks win over AIC on Friday. The junior scored the game-winning goal in the 4-2 win over the Yellow Jackets.

Lauren Viscione, Mercy (Gr., GK - Phillipsburg, N.J.)
Viscione went 2-0 in goal with eight saves, a .727 save percentage and 1.50 goals-against average. The graduate student opened the week with two saves and just one goal allowed in the win over Southern Connecticut State on Wednesday. Viscione ended the week with six saves and two goals allowed in the win over AIC on Friday.

Kelli Jacobson, New Haven (So., D - North Branford, Conn.)
Jacobson scored a pair of goals last week to finish with four points in two games. The sophomore defender put up one goal apiece against East Stroudsburg and American International. In both instances, Jacobson's goals tied the game at one, while it helped lead to a late from from Taylor Geaglone against AIC as the Chargers remained undefeated in NE10 play. For the season, Jacobson is tied for second on the team with three goals.

Sydney Sims, Pace (Fr., M - Worcester, Mass.)
Sims tallied a second straight game-winning goal during the Setters' 1-0 win over STAC last week. She is now tied for the team lead in goals (3) and second on Pace in total points (8).

Bridgie Loughlin, Saint Michael's (Jr., F - Kingston, N.Y.)
Loughlin had a goal and two assists in the Purple Knights' 5-1 win over Molloy on Saturday. Saint Michael's lost its other game on Wednesday to No. 9 Saint Anselm, 2-0.

Mackenzie McConnell, Saint Anselm (Jr., GK - Concord Township, Maine)
McConnell earned two starts for Saint Anselm this past week, posting a complete-game shutout over Saint Michael's, making three saves, before combining with Sidney Falterer to blank Southern Connecticut State on Saturday.
