NE10 Player of the Week
Zach Laput, Bentley

During a 1-1 week, the conference's leading scorer produced 28 points, 5 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.5 steals a game while shooting .667 overall and making five of ten three-pointers. After putting up 26 points in 23:42 against Saint Rose, Laput scored a career-high 30 points in a three-point road loss at Franklin Pierce. He's averaging 20.5 points and also tops the conference in total points (492), field goals (174) and free throws (105).
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Cherif Diarra, Southern Connecticut

In a 1-1 week that featured an 86-76 win against AIC, Diarra averaged 15.5 points and 12 rebounds while shooting 65% (13-20) from the floor. Against Franklin Pierce, Diarra had a monster game with his third double-double of the season after totaling 13 points and 15 rebounds. Against AIC, he went for a season-high 18 points, converting on 7-of-10 from the floor and 4-of-5 from the free throw line, with nine rebounds.
NE10 Weekly Honor Roll
Ronnie Silva, Adelphi (Sr., G - Nashua, N.H.)
Silva put up a team-leading 19 points in a narrow loss to Pace - becoming the Adelphi men's basketball leading scorer in the process. While being one of two players in history to eclipse the 2,000 point mark, Silva currently has 2,026 points to his name with one game remaining in the regular season.
Isiah Gaiter, Assumption (Jr., G - Meriden, Conn.)
Gaiter continues his hot streak, as the junior guard averaged 18.5 points, seven rebounds, and six assists in two games. In Assumption's 73-71 win against Saint Anselm, Gaiter scored 18 points, seven rebounds, five assists, two steals, and a block. Gaiter clinched the game with a block as time expired, giving the Greyhounds their fifth-straight win. On Saturday, he registered 19 points, seven rebounds, seven assists, and a pair of blocks against Southern New Hampshire.
Sean Trumper, Franklin Pierce (So., F - Ashford, United Kingdom)
Trumper hit a career high in scoring this past week, knocking down 28 points in a win at Southern Connecticut State before notching another 12 points in a separate win against top-squad Bentley University, leading the Ravens to a 2-0 week. In total, the Raven sophomore shot 13-of-21 (61.9%) from the field, including a 10-of-12 (83.3%) outing versus Southern, as well as 5-of-7 from the perimeter (71.4%), and 9-of-10 from the charity line. Trumper matched 40 total points with 15 rebounds, four steals and one block through 54-minutes played.
Ty Perry, New Haven (Sr., F - Boston, Mass.)
Perry led the Chargers to a perfect 2-0 week with a non-conference win over Staten Island and a crucial NE10 road win at Le Moyne over the weekend. The senior transfer finished with 20+ in both games, opening up the week going 10-of-16 against Staten Island for 20 points, while pulling down three boards, dishing a pair of assists and picking off two steals. He followed that up with matching his career-high of 24 points in the road win over Le Moyne, finishing 9-of-14 from the field and went a perfect 5-of-5 at the free throw line. He also added four boards against Le Moyne.
Brandon Powell, Pace (Sr., G - Middletown, N.Y.)
Powell averaged 18.5 points and 8.0 rebounds in a 2-0 week for Pace. He scored 24 points in a win over Adelphi, followed by a double-double of 13 points and 12 rebounds in a win against Saint Rose.
Owen McGlashan, Saint Anselm (Sr., G - Marlton, N.J.)
Averaged 17 points and 8.5 rebounds per game for Saint Anselm this past week, scoring 16 points at Assumption on Wednesday before producing 18 points for the Hawks in an 89-72 win against Saint Michael's. Posted a double-double versus the Greyhounds, adding three assists and a steal before logging 18 points, seven rebounds and four assists versus the Purple Knights on Saturday.
Nahshon Battle, Saint Michael's (So., G - Scotch Plains, N.J.)
Battle averaged 20.0 points in 24.5 minutes off the bench during a 1-1 week, shooting 65.2% (15-for-23) from the floor and 8-of-9 on free throws and notching 4.0 rebounds and 1.0 steal. In a 71-64 victory over Le Moyne on Wednesday, Battle totaled 18 points (7-10 FG, 1-2 3PT, 3-3 FT), four rebounds, a block and a steal before turning in 22 points (8-13 FG, 1-3 3PT, 5-6 FT), four boards, one assist and one steal in an 89-72 loss at regionally-ranked Saint Anselm on Saturday. He reached career highs in scoring during both games.
Josh McGettigan, Saint Rose (Jr., F - Southbury, Conn.)
McGettigan averaged 22.5 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 2.0 steals while shooting 55.2 percent (16-of-29) across two games this week. He began the stretch with 20 points, seven boards, and two blocks at Bentley on Wednesday, followed by 25 points, 10 rebounds, and three steals in Saturday's matchup with Pace.
Evan Guillory, Southern N.H. (So., G - Springfield, Mo.)
Guillory continued his hot streak, averaging 19.0 points and 3.0 rebounds per game during a 2-0 week for the Penmen, while shooting 70 percent (14-20) from the field and 71.4 percent (10-14) from the stripe. Guillory scored 14 points (6-8 FG, 2-2 FT) and grabbed a pair of rebounds in Wednesday's 86-60 victory against American Int'l, before erupting for a career-high 24 points (8-12 FG, 8-12 FT) and four rebounds, as SNHU cooled off streaking Assumption, 74-69, on the road Saturday.
