MANSFIELD, Mass. - Bentley junior guard Zach Laput and Saint Anselm senior guard Tyler Arbuckle have earned All-America honors for their outstanding play this season, as the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced their All-America teams.
Laput, the D2CCA East Region and Northeast-10 Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Year, earned Second Team All-America honors from the D2CCA and NABC All-America honors. He led all NE10 scorers with 20.4 points per game this season, while adding 6.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists to his stat line. He shot 54-percent overall from the field. Laput is one of 11 Division II players on the Bevo Francis Top 25 Watch List, which honors the player with the finest overall season within small college basketball.
Arbuckle, the Most Outstanding Player of the NE10 Men's Basketball Championship, ranked second in scoring among NE10 players with 18.0 points per game on 49-percent shooting. He led Saint Anselm to the program's second NE10 title in the past three seasons and league-leading 10th conference championship overall. Arbuckle joined Laput on First Team All-Conference this season.
The NE10 doubled its All-America output from 2021-22, as the Conference had just one representative earn All-America honors last season in Franklin Pierce's Isaiah Moore.
