NE10 Player of the Week
Chase Reynolds, Saint Anselm
Sophomore | Forward | Middletown, Conn.
Reynolds netted three goals and added an assist in a weekend split with Assumption. The sophomore netted two goals in a 7-4 loss on Friday before finding the back of the net in a 5-2 win on Saturday. Reynolds put five shots on goal and skated to a plus-three on-ice rating.
NE10 Goaltender of the Week
Trevor Lally, Saint Anselm
Sophomore | Goaltender | Arlington, Mass.
Lally turned aside 39 of 41 shots on goal to aid the Hawks to a 5-2 win over Assumption on Saturday. Lally was a perfect 16-of-16 in saves in the second period alone. The win is the first collegiate win for the sophomore who was making his second collegiate start.
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Nick Weber, Post
Freshman | Forward | Woodbury, Minn.
Scored first two goals and had first two assists of his career in a split weekend against SNHU.
NE10 Weekly Honor Roll
Owen Rudicus, Saint Michael's (Sr., F - Duxbury, Mass.)
Senior Owen Rudicus had two goals and an assist while going plus-2 during a 1-1 weekend with Franklin Pierce. In a 6-3 win on Friday, he picked up a first-period helper before scoring the game-winner at 17:31 of the second period. During a 5-2 loss on Saturday, Rudicus scored a tying power-play goal at 10:38 of the second stanza.
Matt Amante, Southern N.H. (Jr., F - West Hempstead, N.Y.)
Junior Matt Amante scored two goals and added an assist on Friday night as Southern New Hampshire opened the weekend set with a 4-3 win over Post. His game-winning goal came at 10:09 of the third period.
Colin Philippon, Assumption (Sr., F - Salem N.H.)
Philippon pushed his point streak to three games and has recorded a point in five of six games this year. At Saint Anselm, the Senior registered a goal and an assist in each of the games. He is currently leading the NE10 in points (10), second in assists (6), and third in goals (4).
Nick Weber, Post (Fr., F - Woodbury, Minn.)
Scored first two goals and had first two assists against SNHU over the weekend.
Marshall Murphy, Saint Michael's (Jr., G - Little Canada, Minn.)
Junior Marshall Murphy made 30 saves while allowing just one even-strength goal in a 6-3 win on Friday at Franklin Pierce. The Ravens scored twice on power plays.
Benjamin Cuneen, Post (Fr., G - Pembroke Pine, Fla.)
Earned first win in first career start with 47 saves and three goals against.
Derek Flynn, Southern N.H. (Jr., D - Dracut, Mass.)
Derek Flynn's first career goal proved to be the game-winner as SNHU earned a split of the weekend NE10 set at Saint Michael's with a 2-1 win on Saturday. Flynn was set-up by teammate Ryan Coady at 6:33 of the third period.
