Each week for the remainder of the spring we will honor the seniors from two NE10 men's lacrosse programs as our teams of the week for each player's dedication to their program and teammates.
Le Moyne
Dan Sheehan on his senior class – "Our 2020 senior class has done a superb job of carrying on the tradition of excellence within the Dolphin Lacrosse Program. They finished their careers with a 49-8 overall record, three straight NCAA appearances, conference titles every year and were on track for great things this season prior to an abrupt halt. I challenged this group with "Championship or Bust" during our first team meeting in January and they certainly responded.
More than any win, more than any record, this group is a family. On March 13th, we lost a friend, teammate and family member when Kaiden Tubbert passed away unexpectedly. Even though the games were suspended, this 2020 Le Moyne College Men's Lacrosse Team, led by our seniors, came together and showed the love and support for one another that is so needed in the most difficult times. For that - I thank them."

Season Recap
The Dolphins finished the 2020 season with perfect 4-0 record and ranked No. 1 in the nation with 23 of 25 first place votes. Le Moyne's two biggest wins came against No. 9 Mercy by a 12-11 margin and then 16-9 over No. 19 Bentley to open conference play. Senior Matt Hutchings led the team with 26 points on 16 goals and ten assists while Riley Larson was third with 17 points (11g, 6a). Riley Smith was a perfect 4-0 in net, posting a 9.69 GAA with 29 saves. The senior class won a pair of NE10 Tournament Championships and two NE10 Regular Season Titles while never losing more than three games in a single season during their careers.
