UNITED SOCCER COACHES RELEASE
Franklin Pierce Leads the League in Selections.
MANSFIELD, Mass. – Seventeen men's soccer student-athletes represented the Northeast-10 Conference on the All-East Region Teams for both the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) and United Soccer Coaches, and Braudilio Rodrigues of Franklin Pierce earned D2CCA Player of the Year honors.
Franklin Pierce, the two-time NE10 Men's Soccer Champions, had seven players recognized for All-Region honors, including four D2CAA and United Soccer Coaches First Team selections. Saint Rose had two selections, while Adelphi and Southern Connecticut both had one.
Only three NE10 players landed on both All-Region First Teams. From Franklin Pierce, the NE10 and D2CCA Player of the Year, Braudilio Rodrigues is joined by Aitor Aguado and Kosta Maniatis. Jonas Cervera Anchel earned D2CCA First Team and United Soccer Coaches Second Team. Teammate Vincente Martinez was a United Soccer Coaches First Team honoree and D2CCA Second Team.
Saint Rose had two players named to D2CCA teams, with one also earning recognition from United Soccer Coaches. Nick Koenig was named to the D2CCA First Team and Hilmar Halldorsson to the United Soccer Coaches First Team and D2CCA Second Team. Adelphi's Rodrigo Descalzo Rocca appeared on the Untied Soccer Coaches First Team and Southern Connecticut's Alexandre de Cunha on the Second Team.

Founded in 1941 and based in Kansas City, Mo., United Soccer Coaches has grown into the world's largest soccer coaches' organization that serves members at every level of the game. United Soccer Coaches works every day to inspire coaches and ignite their passion for the game so they pass it on to players and others in the soccer community.
The D2CCA encourages and promotes DII athletics and high standards of sportsmanship as important elements of higher education. The CCA is a communications link among the conferences as they discuss views, policies and regulations that impact DII intercollegiate athletics and works closely with the NCAA as a communications channel to NCAA DII member colleges and universities.

The NE10 is an association of 13 diverse institutions serving student-athletes across 24 NCAA Division II sports. Together we build brilliant futures by embracing the journey of every student-athlete.
