NE10 Player of the Week
Willem van Biezen, Southern New Hampshire

van Biezen was a perfect 6-0 during a 3-0 week for the Penmen. He opened the week with a 6-3, 6-3 win against Josh Weiss at No. 1 singles in a 6-1 victory against Saint Michael's on Tuesday. van Biezen then took down Kevin Denecheau, 6-2, 7-5, at No. 2 singles in a 4-3 triumph over Franklin Pierce on Thursday, before again winning at No. 2, 6-2, 6-2, versus Russell White in Saturday's 7-0 victory at Stonehill. van Biezen also teamed with his brother, Bas, for a trio of No. 1 doubles wins, including against Weiss and Jason Boucher (7-5), FPU's Felipe Carvalho and Alejandro Ortiz (7-6 (7-1)), and SMC's Christian Duffy and Aleksander Lazowski (6-0).
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Sam Goddard, Southern New Hampshire

Goddard went 4-2 during a 3-0 week for the Penmen. Goddard beat Luke Ramsay, 6-0, 6-0 at No. 5 singles in a 6-1 victory against Saint Michael's on Tuesday. Goddard then slid to No. 4 singles, where he suffered a 6-7 (3-7), 4-6 defeat against Joel Cladera in a 4-3 triumph over Franklin Pierce on Thursday, before bouncing back at No. 4, for a 7-6 (8-6), 6-2 win against Luke Nickerson in Saturday's 7-0 victory at Stonehill. Goddard also teamed with Noah Dubitzy for a 6-0 win at No. 3 doubles against Ramsay and Jack Gunning, as well as with Zachary Duboulay at No. 3, where he lost to Cladera and Yuval Barak, 6-4, but took down Stonehill's Trent Newman and Joey Conrod, 6-0.

Gabriel Balestero, Adelphi (Sr. - Sao Paulo, Brazil)
In a battle between two teams vying for playoff position, Balestero won the decisive match at No. 1 singles in a 4-3 triumph over Bentley last Tuesday -- a three-set 6-1, 4-6, 10-3 victory.
Salomon Arce Lema, Adelphi (So. - Tarija, Bolivia)
Lema continued his strong rookie season with a combined 2-0 record between singles and doubles last week...He won No. 2 doubles against Bentley with his teammate Pietro Sole and won No. 5 singles in straight sets, helping the Panthers to a 4-3 win over the Falcons.
Jared Howard, Le Moyne (Sr. - Malmesbury, South Africa)
In a 2-0 week for the Dolphins, Howard went a combined 3-0 - winning both of his No. 1 singles matches and his No. 1 doubles match against Stonehill and Saint Michael's. His singles matches were won in straight sets against Stonehill's Christian Duffy and Saint Michael's Josh Weiss. Howard and his brother, James, teammed up for a win at doubles against the Saint Michael's team of Weiss and Jason Boucher.
Bas van Biezen, Southern New Hampshire (Gr. - Sassenheim, Netherlands)
van Biezen went 5-1 during a 3-0 week for the Penmen. van Biezen defeated Jason Boucher, 7-5, 6-0 at No. 2 singles in a 6-1 victory against Saint Michael's on Tuesday. van Biezen then moved to No. 1 singles, where he was outlasted by Felipe Carvalho, 6-3, 2-6, 6-7 (3-7) in a 4-3 triumph over Franklin Pierce on Thursday, before winning at No. 1, 6-0, 6-2, versus Christian Duffy in Saturday's 7-0 victory at Stonehill. van Biezen also teamed with his brother, Willem, for a trio of No. 1 doubles wins, including against Boucher and Josh Weiss (7-5), Carvalho and Alejandro Ortiz (7-6 (7-1)), and Duffy and Aleksander Lazowski (6-0).
