Three Bentley, Two Pace and Two SCSU Student-Athletes Selected to NCAA Championships.
MANSFIELD, Mass. – The Northeast-10 had three swimmers and five divers qualify for the 2023 NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships, as announced by the NCAA on Wednesday evening.
Bentley had a NE10-best three student-athletes selected to participate, all of which are from the women's team. Emma Hapkiewicz qualified for both the 1650 and 1000 free and was the only Falcon swimmer to make the cut. Hapkiewicz is currently ranked 23rd in the 1000 and 9th in the 1650. Divers Hilla Almog and Mary Huminski also qualified for the Falcons.
Two additional female student-athletes qualified, with Justice Glasglow from Southern Connecticut and Isabella Reyes from Pace. Glasglow qualified in the 100 fly and Reyes in diving.
Three athletes on the men's side qualified, with two divers and one swimmer in the mix. McAllistar Milne of Southern Connecticut was the only swimmer and he met qualifying marks in the 400 IM and sits 14th nationally in the event. Milne is joined by divers Justin Byrne from Le Moyne and Sean Rorke from Pace.
