Northeast-10 Sending 16 Athletes to NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field ChampionshipsMay 20, 2009A total of 16 student-athletes, ten men and six women, from the Northeast-10 have qualified for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field championships. The championships will be held May 21-23, at the Legrand Sports Complex on the campus of Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. Angelo State University will serve as host.

UMass Lowells Caves and Bentleys Nash Named Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the YearMay 03, 2009The University of Massachusetts Lowell junior track athlete Doug Caves (Oxford, Mass.) and Bentley University senior Melissa Nash (Marshfield, Mass.) were named the 2009 Northeast-10 Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Year as voted by the conferences head coaches.

UMass Lowells Sanca and Southern Connecticuts Taylor Named Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the YearFebruary 21, 2009The University of Massachusetts Lowell senior track athlete Ruben Sanca (Boston, Mass.) and Southern Connecticut State University junior Letecia Taylor (Plainfield, N.J.) were named the 2008-2009 Northeast-10 Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Year in a vote by the conferences eight head coaches.
