NE10 Women's Track Athlete of the Week

Ella Maclean, Southern Conn. St. 
Sophomore | Hanover, Mass.

At the Art Kadish Elm City Classic, Ella Maclean won the 55 Meter Dash with a time of 7.08, which stands as the top NE10 time of the year and the second-best (by 0.02) nationally. At Boston University's Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener, Maclean ran a 40.54 in the 300 Meters which stands as the second-best time nationally.


NE10 Women's Field Athlete of the Week

Rachel Fleischer, Southern Conn. St.
Senior | Derby, Conn.

At the Art Kadish Elm City Classic, Rachel Fleischer won the Triple Jump with a distance of 11.57m and finished third in the Long Jump at 5.21m.


NE10 Women's Track Rookie of the Week

Anna-Sashia Jones, Southern Conn. St. 
Freshman | Hartford, Conn.

At the Boston University's Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener, freshman Ann-Sashia Jones broke the SCSU Women's Indoor Program Record in the 300 Meter with a time of 40.09. In addition, Jones' time also stands as the top NCAA Division II time in the country, to date. At the Art Kadish Elm City Classic on the previous day, Jones ran a 7.26 in the 55 Meters which stands as the top NCAA Division II freshman time in the country, and the sixth best overall.


NE10 Women's Field Rookie of the Week

Abigail Seaman, Le Moyne
Freshman | South Glen Falls, N.Y.

Seaman placed fourth in the triple jump with a program-record distance of 36-feet, 7.75-inches at Cornell's Greg Page Relays on Saturday. She finished 11th in the high jump with a height of 4-feet, 11-inches, the second-best mark in the program's history.


NE10 Women's Relay of the Week

4x400 Relay, Adelphi

The Adelphi quartet of Gabrielle Griffin, Claire O'Regan, Fiona Maloney and Joanna Weber clocked in at 4:13.21 in the 4x400 to place fifth overall at the Youree Spence-Garcia Meet hosted by Saint John's.


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Amari Johnson, Adelphi (So. - Moorsville, N.C.)
Amari Johnson took home the individual title at the indoor opener for Adelphi Track and Field, clocking in at 8.92 in the 60HH for a new personal best at the Youree Spence-Garcia Meet hosted by Saint John's University. Her time stands as the fastest 60HH result in the conference from the weekend.

Sophia Bisognano, Le Moyne (R-So. - Albany, N.Y.)
She placed third in the one-mile run by recording a time of 5:52.51 at Cornell's Greg Page Relays on Saturday.

Elisa Dodel, New Haven (Sr. - Waterloo, Ill.)
In the Charger opening meet of the season, Dodel took home first place honors in the weight throw with her toss of 46'10.75" which came on her sixth and final attempt in the event and set a new personal best for the senior thrower.

Gillian Penna, Southern Connecticut (Sr. - North Branford, Conn.)
Competing in the Pentathlon for the first time in her career, Gillian Penna finished third with 2,599 points at the Art Kadish Elm City Classic. Penna won the 55 Meter Hurdles with a time of 9.35 and the 800 Meters with a time of 2:42.65.

Tori Allen, Southern New Hampshire (So. - Litchfield, N.H.)
SNHU's Tori Allen opened the indoor season with a second place finish in the pentathlon at the Art Kadish Invite at Southern Connecticut State on Friday. Allen, who won the heptathlon at the NE10 Outdoor Championships in the Spring, tallied 2640 points, just one point off her PR set in last year's NE10 Indoor Championships in the event.
