NE10 Women's Track Athlete of the Week

Ella MacLean, Southern Conn. St. 
Sophomore | Hanover, N.H.

Ella Maclean led the Owls with three All-New England honors. Maclean won the 60 Meter Dash Championship with a time of 7.62 as she finished .04 ahead of the second-place runner in the eight-runner field comprised of all Division I athletes. Maclean then followed with a second-place finish in the 200 Meter Dash with a time of 24.90. Both times were career-bests for the Owls' sophomore, who earned All-New England honors in both events for the second-straight year. Maclean was also part of the 4x400 Relay team that finished fourth with a time of 3:52.44.


NE10 Women's Field Athlete of the Week

Nouhayla Errahili, Franklin Pierce
Sophomore | Fez, Morocco

Errahili continued to set the bar even higher this past weekend at the NEICAAA Championships, claiming the New England Championship title in the Women's High Jump, clearing a height of 1.70 meters. The victory made her the 13th individual in program history to claim an individual New England title, as well as the second consecutive individual to win it for the respective event. Errahili's winning height was also good for NCAA provisional standards. The Raven sophomore also secured 1st in the High Jump at this past Saturday's Plymouth Panther Classic Invitational (Plymouth State Univ.), clearing 1.61 meters for the win.


NE10 Women's Track Rookie of the Week

Anna-Sashia Jones, Southern Conn. St.
Freshman | Hartford, Conn.

Anna-Sashia Jones earned a pair of All-New England honors, finished third in the 200 Meter Dash with a time of 25.25 and was also part of the 4x400 Relay that finished fourth with a time of 3:52.44.


NE10 Women's Field Rookie of the Week

NE10 Women's Relay of the Week

4x400 Relay, Southern Conn. St.

Southern's 4x400 Relay team of Hanna Caoila, Avery Winters, Anna-Sashia Jones and Ella Maclean earned All-New England honors with a fourth-place finish at the NEICAAA New England Indoor Championships. Southern posted a time of 3:52.44, with was almost 19 seconds faster than the next NE10 team.


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Peri Snow, Assumption (Sr. - East Bridgewater, Mass.)
Snow was named all-region, as she finished eighth in the women's 1000m (3:05.03) after finishing third in the preliminaries with a time of 2:59.65.

Olivia Johnson, Assumption (Sr. - Stratford, Conn.)
Johnson had two top-20 finishes at the New England Championships this past weekend. She started out with a 17th-place finish in the long jump (5.16m | 16' 11.25"), before taking 20th in the triple jump(10.82m | 35' 6").

Nyjah Young-Bey, Franklin Pierce (Sr. - Montclair, N.J.)
Nyjah Young-Bey finished as one of the top Raven performers at the NEICAAA Championships this past week, placing 4th overall in the Women's 200-Meter (25.32) and 2nd overall in the Women's 400-Meter (57.43). Both race results were good for NCAA provisional standards.

Madison Kozyra, Le Moyne (Jr. - Marcy, N.Y.)
She registered a program-record distance of 14.65 meters, the third-best mark in the NE10 this year, to place fourth in the weight throw on Saturday at the Brockport Multi. She set the previous record of 13.90 meters (45-feet, 7.25-inches) four weeks ago at the West Point Open.

Kristen Washington, New Haven (Gr. - New Haven, Conn.)
The Chargers top jumper, Washington picked up a pair of All-New England honors this past weekend at the New England Championships held at the Track at New Balance. Her first came on Thursday evening in the long jump where she posted an eighth place finish with her distance of 5.40 meters. She followed that up on Friday with a leap of 11.22 meters in the triple jump that came in seventh overall in the event.

Rachel Flelscher, Southern Conn. St. (Sr. - Derby, Conn.)
Owls' standout Rachel Fleischer earned a pair of All-New England after finished seventh, out of 23, in the Long Jump with a mark of 5.42m (17'9.5") and third in the Triple Jump with a mark of 11.84m (38'10.25").

Ashley Corcoran, Southern New Hampshire (Jr. - Billerica, Mass.)
Graduate student Ashley Corcoran finished second in the 1000m at the NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championships. She established an SNHU program record 2:53.72 in the prelim and then broke that mark, running 2:52.57 in the finals.
