NE10 Player of the Week

Ja'Lyn Armstrong, Assumption
Senior | Guard | Baltimore, Md.

Armstrong powered the Greyhounds to a 2-0 week. She first began the week with 13 points and three rebounds in a 74-69 win against Saint Anselm. On Saturday, the senior poured in a season-high 21 points as Assumption locked up a first-round bye in the upcoming NE10 Tournament with a 63-51 win against SNHU. In two games this week, Armstrong averaged 17.0 points on 82.4 percent shooting from the field.

NE10 Rookie of the Week

Sydney Lusher, Le Moyne
Freshman | Guard | Oneida, N.Y.

Lusher averaged 11.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.0 steals in Le Moyne's 2-0 week as the Dolphins extended their win streak to 11 straight games to close out the regular season. She recorded 10 points, eight rebounds, two assists and two steals in a 47-38 win at Saint Michael's on Wednesday. She tallied 12 points, six assists (against zero turnovers), five rebounds and two steals in a 77-45 victory over New Haven on Saturday.

NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Ella Thompson, Bentley (Sr., G - Greenwood, Ind.)
Thompson was on fire from deep during a 2-0 week as she knocked down 10-of-14 from three, a sizzling accuracy rate of .714, and averaged 17 points, 2.5 assists and 1.5 assists. She was five of seven from three in each game, scored 15 points off the bench against Saint Rose and had 17 points at Franklin Pierce.

Liv Robles, Saint Anselm (Sr., F - Wallingford, Conn.)
Robles averaged 11 points and 9.5 rebounds per game for Saint Anselm this past week. Scoring 14 points with nine rebounds at nationally-ranked Assumption on Wednesday, she was a key part of a strong defensive effort on Saturday, limiting the Purple Knights to just 27 points as she hauled in 10 rebounds and posted three steals. Saint Anselm conceded just 27 points in the game, the seventh-fewest points it has ever allowed in a single contest.

Isabella Santoro, Southern Conn. (Sr., G - Durham, Conn.)
In a 1-1 week, Santoro averaged 16 points and seven rebounds as well as two steals per game. Against Franklin Pierce in a 62-40 win, Santoro hit on 9-of-10 from the floor, including 4-of-5 from three-point range on her way to a season-high 24 points while also totaling eight rebounds and three assists. Against AIC, she totaled eight points and six boards with two steals.

Jess Knight, Southern N.H. (Jr., F - Hanover, Mass.)
Knight posted 13.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.5 blocks during a 1-1 week for the Penmen, while shooting 60 percent (12-20) from the floor. Knight recorded 10 points (5-8 FG), six rebounds and three blocks in a 65-48 win over American Int'l on Wednesday, before notching 16 points (7-12 FG, 2-4 FT) and four boards in Saturday's 63-51 loss at 23rd-ranked Assumption.
