NE10 Player of the Week
Phisonlaya Ruayruen, Franklin Pierce
Sophomore | Chiangmai, Thailand
Ruayruen took medalist honors for the second-straight week, atop a 55-golfer field, with a career-best 36-hole line of 71-73--144 (+4) at the Franklin Pierce Invitational. She led the Ravens to the team's second-straight win as well, at the eight-team event.
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Lorelai Flanagan, Franklin Pierce
Freshman | Arlington, Mass.
Flanagan turned in a line of 78-80--158 (+18) to finish tied-13th at the 55-golfer Franklin Pierce Invitational. She helped the Ravens to a win at the eight-team event.
NE10 Weekly Honor Roll
Ilaria Ponziani, Adelphi (Jr. - Genova, Italy)
Ponziani shot an 11-over 170 with a tie for seventh place at the Franklin Pierce Invitational. She tied for second place with an average score of 1-under on par 5.
Rocio Bausa, American International (Sr. - Alicante, Spain)
Bausa finished 10th at the FPU Fall Invite, including a 74 on the second day to rise into the top 10 for AIC.
Margaret Montalto, Assumption (Jr. - Rocky Hill, Conn.)
For the second-consecutive week, Montalto paced the Greyhounds. Her line of 83-81--164 (+24) helped guide Assumption to a fifth-place finish at the FPU Women's Fall Invite.
Erika Fuentes, Saint Rose (Jr. - Goshen, N.Y.)
Fuentes finished in a three-way tie for second place among 57 competitors to lead the Golden Knights at the Franklin Pierce Fall Invitational on the grounds of Green Meadow Golf Club in Hudson, N.H. The effort marked Fuentes' third top-three finish in as many events this autumn.
