NE10 Player of the Week

Carlyn Mucci, Pace
Senior | Midfield/Attack | Cortlandt Manor, N.Y.

Mucci has recorded 14 goals in the first two games of the season for Pace - a pair of wins over Molloy (3/6) and Saint Rose (3/20). Against Molloy, she recorded seven goals on 10 shots to lead the Setters to a 13-4 win. Mucci also served as the Setters' catalyst in their 23-7 victory at Saint Rose on Saturday, tallying seven more goals. She chipped in an assist, five ground balls, three draw controls and a pair of caused turnovers. Mucci has now matched Pace's single-game goals record on three occasions. Over the two games, she had 15 total points, seven ground balls and six draw controls. 


NE10 Goalkeeper of the Week

Grace Young, Saint Anselm
Junior | Goalkeeper | Merrimack, N.H.

Young excelled in the Hawks 2-0 week, helping the nationally-ranked squad to wins over Southern New Hampshire (19-5) and American International (12-4). Young sits atop the NE10 rankings with the best goals-against average with 4.50 so far this season. On Wednesday, she stopped nine shots while allowing five goals past her against the Penmen. On Saturday against the Yellow Jackets, Young earned the win in net, stopping six shots and partnering with a stout Hawks' defense to allow just four goals in the full 60 minutes. She made 15 saves and allowed nine goals, good for a save percentage of 62.5% over the two games.  


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Olivia Catanzarite, Assumption
Freshman | Attack | East Longmeadow, Mass.

Catanzarite led the Hounds to victory in her collegiate debut on Saturday afternoon. She put up six goals and one assist for a total of seven points in the Greyhound's 15-11 win over Stonehill.


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Olivia Angelo, Assumption (Sr., A - Miller Place, N.Y.)
Angelo lifted the Hounds to a 15-11 victory over Stonehill on Saturday with six points from four goals and two assists. She picked up three ground balls, recorded one caused turnover and finished the day with 100% of her shots on goal.

Savannah Ernst, Franklin Pierce (Jr., A - American Fork, Utah)
Led all players in scoring in Wednesday's season-opening win at Stonehill with eight points on five goals and three assists. Added three ground balls and a pair of draw controls along the way. Scored five times on eight shots, including 2-for-2 on free-position shots. 

Paige Crandall, Le Moyne (So., GK - Adams, N.Y.)
She registered six saves, including three in each half, to earn the victory in her first career start between the pipes in fourth-ranked Le Moyne's 13-6 victory over 15th-ranked New Haven on Saturday.

Erin McMullen, Le Moyne (Sr., A - Syracuse, N.Y.)
She scored a career high-tying six goals, including five in the second half, to lead the fourth-ranked Dolphins to a 13-6 victory over 15th-ranked New Haven on Saturday afternoon.

Annie Richards, Saint Anselm (Sr., A - Reading, Mass.)
Richards shined in the first week of action for the nationally-ranked Hawks with a dominating performance against American International, assisting on eight goals in the win. She ended the week with 12 points on one goal and 11 assists. After two games, Richards also leads the NE10 in assists (11) and points (12). She started the week with a team-high three assists and a goal in the 19-5 victory over Southern New Hampshire University. On Saturday, Richards broke the program's single-game assists record in her team's 12-4 victory over American International College.

Kendall Fressle, Stonehill (Jr., M - East Norwich, N.Y.)
Netted a team-high seven goals over two games for the Skyhawks last week, while also adding five ground balls, three draw controls and a caused turnover. Converted 4-of-5 free-position attempts for the week. Tallied a season-high five goals, the most since a career-best six against Queens in her collegiate debut in 2019, with two ground balls at No. 16 Assumption on Saturday. Opened with two goals, three ground balls, three draws and a caused turnover against Franklin Pierce on Wednesday.
