IWLCA All-Region Teams Recognize 24 NE10 Student-Athletes

NE10 with 13 All-Region First Team Selections.


MANSFIELD, Mass. – The Northeast-10 Conference continues to be a force in Division II women's lacrosse, as 24 student-athletes have been named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-Region teams – including 13 players selected for First Team honors.

In total, the IWLCA recognized 128 student-athletes in Division II on All-Region teams. These NE10 student-athletes are now eligible to be named to a national IWLCA All-American team, which the organization will announce, along with its Players of the Year, in the month of June.

Le Moyne, the NE10's Southwest Division regular season champion, had a league-best six selections to All-Region teams. Pace was second with five, while Adelphi and Bentley – the two programs that squared-off for the NE10 Championship – each had four players represented.

Among First Team selections was Bentley's Eliza Bresler, the NE10's Northeast Division Goalkeeper of the Year and Most Outstanding Player in the league championship game. Franklin Pierce's Savannah Ernst and Le Moyne's Erin McMullen, the NE10 Attackers of the Year, were also featured.
