NE10 Player of the Week

Taylor Cobain, Saint Anselm
Senior | Midfield | East Greenwich, R.I.

Cobain leads the Hawks with 19 points through the team's first three games, scoring nine goals and assisting on 10 others. Cobain opened the season with two goals and three assists at American International before posting back-to-back games with seven points against the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs (3 G, 4 A) and D'Youville (4 G, 3 A). Cobain eclipsed the 100-career points mark in Sunday's win.


NE10 Defensive Player of the Week

Lilly Locastro, Le Moyne
Junior | Defense | Marcellus, N.Y.

Locastro recorded career highs of five caused turnovers and four ground balls in fifth-ranked Le Moyne's 12-8 victory over 11th-ranked Mercy on Saturday.


NE10 Goalkeeper of the Week

Paige Crandall, Le Moyne
Senior | Goalkeeper | Adams, N.Y.

Crandall registered 11 saves, including seven in the second half, in fifth-ranked Le Moyne's 12-8 victory at 11th-ranked Mercy on Saturday. 


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Caelan Connors, Southern Connecticut
Freshman | Goalkeeper | Holbrook, N.Y.

In an overtime thriller against regional foe Molloy, Connors recorded 14 saves in a 12-11 win against the Lions. Through her first two collegiate games, Connors is 2-0 with 20 saves and a 62.5 save percentage. 


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll  

Alexandra Beebe, Adelphi (Sr., D - Cutchogue, N.Y.)
Despite an 0-2 week for Adelphi, Beebe scooped a team-leading six ground balls and caused five caused turnovers. 

Grace Chicko, Assumption (Jr., A - Londonderry, N.H.)
Chicko opened the season with two goals and three assists in a 15-2 win over UC-Colorado Springs. On top of her five points, she added two draw controls, and one caused turnover.

Jessica Meneilly, Le Moyne (Gr., A - Cicero, N.Y.)
Meneilly scored five goals and scooped up a ground ball in fifth-ranked Le Moyne's 12-8 victory over 11th-ranked Mercy on Saturday.

Emma Rafferty, Pace (Gr., M - Bay Shore, N.Y.)
Rafferty scored six goals on six shots, with one draw control, as the Setters cruised to a 19-5 win over Molloy.

Erin Doyle, Saint Anselm (Jr., M - Weymouth, Mass.)
Doyle netted three goals, one in each game for the Hawks offense in wins over American International, University of Colorado-Colorado Springs, and D'Youville. The junior has caused a team-high seven turnovers and has collected a team-high eight ground balls. Doyle has also claimed 11 draw controls, which is the second-highest mark on the team through it's first three games of the 2023 season. Doyle collected five ground balls and caused four turnovers in the win over the Mountain Lions and closed the week with seven draw controls against D'Youville.

Elizabeth Driscoll, Saint Anselm (So., GK - Marblehead, Mass.)
Driscoll has made 17 saves in three starts in the goal for the Hawks. The sophomore, who is 3-0 in the early going, holds a 0.586 save percentage a 4.44 goals-against average after posting non-conference wins over American International, University of Colorado-Colorado Springs, and D'Youville. Driscoll stopped a career-best seven shots on goal in the win over the Saints.

Bayleigh Takacs, Southern Conn. St. (Sr., A - Sparta, N.J.)
In the Owls' lone game of the week, a 12-11 overtime win against Molloy, Takacs scored a season-best four goals, including the game-winner in overtime against the Lions. She also had a ground ball and one draw control. All four targets on goal found the back of the net for the Owls' senior. 

Shelby Cole, Southern N.H. (Jr., M - Gilford, N.H.)
Cole notched eight points on four goals and four assists to lead the Penmen to a season-opening, 19-3 victory Tuesday against Post.

Megan Petko, Southern N.H. (Jr., GK - Monroe, N.Y.) 
Petko turned away seven of the 10 shots she faced Tuesday, as the Penmen down Post, 19-3, in their season opener.
