NE10 Player of the Week

Barbie Quagliardi, Adelphi
Graduate Student | #1 Singles/#1 Doubles | Istanbul, Turkey

In her return to the prominent No, 1 singles role, Quagliardi was the only Panther to finish a perfect 3-0 in the three contests. She won all three of her singles matches in straight sets, as the Panthers went 2-1 against Jefferson, Molloy and Saint Michael's. She also won two of her three No. 1 doubles matches -- both by a 6-3 scoreline. Overall for the week, Quagliardi went 5-1 at No. 1 singles and doubles. 


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Camila Heredia Osante, Saint Anselm
Freshman | Oaxaca, Mexico

Heredia Osante was a perfect 4-0 this past week, debuting against NCAA Division I Stonehill and one of the region's top Division III teams in Roger Williams. Versus Stonehill, she battled back from a 6-2 deficit to post a three-set victory at No. 5 singles before cruising to a 6-0, 6-3 singles win against Roger Williams. She was also part of two doubles wins at No. 3 doubles.


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Katarina Liedbeck, Adelphi (Fr., #3 Singles/#2 Doubles - Båstad, Sweden)
Led off her Adelphi career with a 2-1 week in both singles and doubles. After losing 6-3 in her first collegiate match, Liedbeck failed to even lose a game in either of her next two singles matches.

Isabella Barona, Le Moyne (So., 1st Singles/1st Doubles - Manta, Ecuador)
Barona was a 6-1, 6-0 winner at first singles and teamed for a 6-4 victory at first doubles to lead the Dolphins to a 6-1 win over Daemen on Saturday.

Abby Murphy, New Haven (Jr. - Southington, Conn.)
Murphy was one of two Chargers to sweep both singles and doubles action in the Chargers season opening 7-0 win over Saint Michael's. Overall against the Purple Knights, Murphy never surrendered a point, sweeping doubles play 6-0 with partner Anna Katz and then sweeping at No. 6 singles with a 6-0, 6-0 win.

Magdalena Hubickova, Southern New Hampshire (Sr. - Prague, Czech Republic)
Hubickova clinched SNHU's lone match of the week - an 8-1 win at Nichols on Thursday - with a 6-2, 6-3 No. 1 singles win against Antonia Carrero. She also teamed with grad student Alexxa Etienne for a 6-1 triumph a No. 2 doubles against Kelly Carlin and Jordan Knowles.
