Top-Seeded Bentley to Host NE10 Championship Weekend.
MANSFIELD, Mass. - The four top seeds in the Northeast-10 Conference Volleyball Championship advanced through the quarterfinal round on Tuesday night, as top-seeded Bentley will host NE10 Championship weekend beginning on Friday at the Dana Center. American International, Stonehill and Saint Anselm join Bentley in the semifinals on Friday, while the championship match between the winners is scheduled for Saturday night at 7 p.m.
On Tuesday night, one match went to five sets, as fourth-seeded Saint Anselm held off fifth-seeded New Haven - eliminating the Chargers from the NE10 Championship for the second-straight season. Bentley took a 3-1 decision over Southern Connecticut, denying the Owls a chance at a title repeat, while AIC and Stonehill defeated Franklin Pierce and Le Moyne, respectively.

WALTHAM, Mass. – The roster says she's a freshman, but outside hitter Ingrid Murphy played like a seasoned veteran Tuesday night while leading the Bentley Falcons to a 3-1 victory over Southern Connecticut State in the quarterfinals of the Northeast-10 Conference Women's Volleyball Championships at the Dana Center.
In the 25-18, 25-17, 16-25, 25-15 win, the three-time Northeast-10 Rookie of the Week put down a career-best 16 kills and also provided 15 digs, two aces and a block while amassing 18.5 points. Her hitting percentage of .297 was more than 100 points higher than her season norm.
The victory boosted the top-seeded Falcons to 24-5 overall and sent coach Joey Pacis' team into the semifinals for the first time since 2014. Bentley will host the final two rounds and will face fourth-seeded Saint Anselm, a five-set winner over New Haven, Tuesday night.

No. 2 American International 3, No. 7 Franklin Pierce 1 - Box Score
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – With their backs against the wall facing a sweep in the Northeast-10 Conference Quarterfinals, the no. 7 seeded Franklin Pierce volleyball team forced a fourth set and almost made the match go the distance during a 3-1 (19-25, 15-25, 27-25, 25-27) defeat to the no. 2 seed and reigning NCAA Division II East Region champions American International College Tuesday evening at the Henry A. Butova Gym.
The loss ends the Ravens season at 13-12 overall and their winning streak at four games while the win propels the Yellow Jackets to 13-16 overall and to the semifinal round Friday evening.
With seven digs in the first set, senior team captain Jocelyn Moody became the ninth player in program history to reach 1,000 career digs. She produced a match-high 21 digs in the battle giving her 1,014 for her career good enough for ninth place on the program's all-time list.

No. 3 Stonehill 3, No. 6 Le Moyne 0 - Box Score
EASTON, Mass. – The Stonehill volleyball team, seeded third in the Northeast-10 Conference Tournament, won in three-straight sets over Le Moyne, the sixth-ranked team, Tuesday night in Merkert Gymnasium in Quarterfinal play. The Skyhawks defeated the Dolphins with set scores of 25-18, 25-15, and 30-28.

- Stonehill (17-9, 9-4 NE10) saw junior Sophia Poveda led the team with her 20th-career double-double with 12 kills and 11 digs, while sophomore Abby Remick led the match with 13 kills.
- Sophomore Clare Feeman dominated at the net with five blocks and registered five aces. Senior Rachel Dunlavy and sophomore Carly Russell chipped in 10 digs each.
- Le Moyne College (14-13, 7-6 NE10) saw Jacquelyne Ghindia with a team high 10 kills, as Lexi Petraitis and Madeleine Kennedy each recorded three blocks each.
- Emily Yacone notched nine digs and Lexi Arena tallied eight digs in the battle.

No. 4 Saint Anselm 3, No. 5 New Haven 2 - Box Score
MANCHESTER, N.H. – Junior middle Camille Garden drilled a career-high 17 kills as the New Haven volleyball team dropped a five-set decision to fourth seeded Saint Anselm in the quarterfinal round of the Northeast-10 Conference Championship. The Hawks will advance to face top seeded Bentley in the semifinal round.
Garden was one of two players to finish in double figures as senior right side Mallory Nowicki added 12 kills to the Chargers offense. Among the two leading hitters, Garden led the pair and the whole team with a .500 attack percentage with her 17 kills coming on 28 attempts with three errors. Following Garden and Nowicki in leading the Chargers attack was freshman Emily Barry and sophomore Ruby Fera who dropped in nine and seven kills, respectively.
