NE10 Player of the Week
Andrew Andary, Saint Anselm
Senior | Forward | Macomb, Mich.
Andary was named the Terry Moran Invitational Most Valuable Player after netting three goals and adding two assists for five points between the contests. The senior skated to a plus-three on-ice rating with eight shots on goal. Andary tied the score in Friday's 5-2 win over Buffalo State and later added an insurance tally late before opening the scoring and assisting on the second goal and the eventual game-winner against Castleton.
NE10 Goaltender of the Week
Michael Hauswirth, Assumption
Sophomore | Goaltender | Lincoln, R.I.
In his first career start, Hauswirth shut the door against Fitchburg State. The Rhode Island native recorded 44 saves in the 2-1 OT win against the Falcons.
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Ryan Pomposelli, Southern New Hampshire
Freshman | Forward | Needham, Mass.
Pomposelli broke a 3-3 tie with his fourth goal of the season in Saturday's 4-3 win over Tufts in the Stovepipe Tournament in Hooksett, N.H.
NE10 Weekly Honor Roll
Christopher Stalmok, Assumption (Gr., F - Paxton, Mass.)
Stalmok was efficient during the week, as the graduate student scored three goals on five shots. He added three assists and was a +5 as the Greyhounds went 2-1 on the week. Against Fitchburg State, Stalmok scored the game-winning goal 49 seconds into overtime before racking up a goal and three assists in Assumption's Saturday game at Neumann. On Sunday, the Paxton native opened the scoring 24 seconds into the game with a short-handed goal.
Conor Foley, Franklin Pierce (Sr., F - Nahant, Mass.)
Collected three goals and three assists, for six points, in a 1-2-0 week for the Ravens. Scored a power-play goal and added a pair of assists to factor on all three goals in Tuesday's 3-2 (OT) win at Framingham State. Put home a power-play goal in Friday's 5-1 loss at Castleton Tallied a goal and an assist in Saturday's 4-2 loss at Buffalo State. Across the three games, recorded 10 shots.
Nick Howard, Saint Anselm (Sr., G - Burlington, Mass.)
Howard aided the Hawks to the Terry Moran Invitational Championship, the program's first tournament win since the 2016-17 season. The senior net minder posted a 2.50 goals-against average and a 0.917 save percentage between the two games, earning him a spot on the All-Tournament Team. Between the contests, Howard made 55 saves including 30 in a 5-2 comeback win over Buffalo State on Friday before adding 25 stops in the 4-3 win over Castleton.
Ryan Coady, Southern N.H. (Sr., F - Braintree, Mass.)
Coady scored goals in both games of the Stovepipe Tournament over the weekend. He fired a slap shot from just inside the blue line on Saturday in a 4-3 win over Tufts, a power-play goal. Sunday against New England College, his goal at the beginning of the third period cut the Pilgrims lead to 3-2. Coady went coast-to-coast with the puck, scoring from the right circle.
Adam Mercer, Southern N.H. (Gr., G - Belchertown, Mass.)
Mercer set a Stovepipe Tournament record, making 63 saves Saturday in SNHU's 4-3 win over Tufts. He also stopped 23 shots Sunday in a 4-2 loss to New England College.
