NE10 Player of the Week

Ilaria Ponziani, Adelphi
Sophomore | Genova, Italy

Ponziani was the individual champion at the Senior Showdown over the weekend. She posted scores of 3-under 69 and a 75, for a combined score of 144 (E). She made par 24 times and tallied seven birdies over the 36 holes.

NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Kesinee Prukmathakul, Franklin Pierce (Fr. - Bangkok, Thailand)
Turned in back-to-back rounds of 74 (+2) to put together a 36-hole score of 148 (+4) and finish solo-third at the Senior Showdown, hosted by Stonehill. Led the Ravens to the victory.

Erika Fuentes, Saint Rose (So. - Goshen, N.Y.)
Fuentes finished second among 23 competitors at Stonehill's Senior Showdown that concluded Monday at the par-72, 5822-yard Ranch Golf Club in Southwick, Mass. Fuentes removed four strokes off of Sunday's first round score with a one-under-par 71 on Monday to wind up with a 146 (+2).

Sloane Van Zanen, Stonehill (Sr. - Phoenix, Ariz.)
Posted a top-ten finish in her final collegiate event to lead the Skyhawks at The Senior Shootout on Sunday and Monday. Finished tied for seventh with a two-day score of 159 (+15) as she followed up an opening round 81 with a 78 on Monday, posting the team low round each day. Monday marked her fifth round in the 70s for the year and she finished ranked sixth in the field with 17 pars, adding three birdies over the weekend.
