USILA Division II Scholar All-Americans

Four Different NE10 Programs Represented.

MANSFIELD, Mass. – Four men's lacrosse players from the Northeast-10 Conference have been selected as USILA/Warrior and New Balance Division II Scholar All-Americans, as announced on Monday by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association.

Le Moyne's Hans Zimmer, Pace's Dan Lewis, Saint Michael's William Moriarty and Southern New Hampshire's Tyler Mello each earned Scholar All-American accolades for their outstanding performance on and off the field.

A Scholar All-American must be nominated by his coach and be a student with a senior year academic standing and a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (on a scale of 4.0). They must have also been a standout player, either as an All-American, a member of the North/South team or an outstanding player in their league. Each individual is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Scholar All-American committee.

Despite the COVID-19-related shortened season, the NE10 had four representatives named Scholar All-American honorees – more than it did after the 2018 season. No teams in the NE10 played more than one league game and six overall games this season.
