NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Assumption Women took control during Day Two of the Championship, en route to their second-straight Northeast-10 Conference Swimming Championship.  The Greyhounds easily out-distanced themselves from the rest of the field claiming the crown over second-place Bentley.

The Southern Connecticut men, meanwhile, took the lead during Friday's action, and won the championship, defeating Bentley, who finished second in both men's and women's action.

It's the fifth straight title for the Owls, and their 13th title in the last 14 years, who continue to add to their resume as one of the greatest dynasties in the history of the league.

Assumption's Niamh Morgan was named the Women's Swimmer of the Meet as she was the only female athlete to win three individual titles.  Southern Connecticut's Christopher Curtin also won three individual titles, and was named the Men's Swimmer of the Meet.

Le Moyne's Josh Byrne was named the Men's Diver of the Meet for the third straight year as he won both the 1M and 3M events, while Bentley's Paige Wilde won the Women's Diver of the Meet. She also won the title in both events.
