NE10 Men's Swimmer of the Week

Cooper Rivers, Adelphi 
Freshman | Lake Elsinshore, Calif.

Cooper Rivers doubled up on first-place finishes in his second outing in a Panther uniform, swimming to a new season-best in the 200 IM in a time of 1:59.35. This was the top time in the conference in the 200 IM event. He also placed first in the 400 IM at 4:17.00, over three seconds faster than the next competitor and fastest time in the NE10 by seven seconds this year. 


NE10 Women's Swimmer of the Week

Colleen Quaglia, Saint Rose
Graduate Student | East Greenbush, N.Y.

In Saturday's dual-meet versus Le Moyne, Quaglia continued her dominance in the distance events with a 10:54.74 clocking in the 1000 freestyle followed by a winning time of 5:16.66 in the 500 free, the latter performance marking the top time in the NE10 this season. She was also part of the winning 200 medley relay that touched in 1:54.32.


NE10 Men's Diver of the Week

Justin Byrne, Le Moyne
Freshman | Syracuse, N.Y.

He was victorious in both diving events in a 163-56 victory over The College of Saint Rose on Saturday. He registered 244.20 points off the one-meter board to place first. He recorded 265.0 points to win the three-meter diving event.


NE10 Women's Diver of the Week

Mary Huminski, Bentley
Junior | Madison, Conn.

Huminski took first in both diving competitions at Keene State, posting scores of 270.30 off the one-meter board and 255.59 from the three-meter.


NE10 Men's Swimming & Diving Rookie of the Week

NE10 Women's Swimming & Diving Rookie of the Week

Jami Hepburn, Stonehill
Freshman | Nassau, Bahamas

Posted the second-best time in the NE10 for the 100-yard breaststroke (1:09.00) to highlight three top two finishes in her six individual swims over two events for the Skyhawks last week. She set the program record in the 100-yd breaststroke at Bridgewater State on Wednesday, helping the Skyhawks claim a head to head win over the Bears in a tri-meet with Wheaton. She also recorded a personal-best of 27.17-seconds in a fifth place finish in the 50-free. In Saturday's dual meet at Assumption, marking the Skyhawks first ever competition against an NE10 opponent, she posted a pair of second place finishes in the 100-breast (1:12.32) and 200-breast (2:39.12), while taking sixth in the 50-free (27.72). She was also part of Stonehill's 200-yard medley relay that finished third at Bridgewater State (1:55.90) and posted a time of 1:56.7 at Assumption on Saturday.


NE10 Men's Relay of the Week

200 Free Relay, Saint Michael's

The Purple Knights' relay foursome of seniors Nate Imbergamo (Madison, Conn.) and Sean McGurn (Braintree, Mass.) and freshmen Will Englehardt (Sparta, N.J.) and Thomas Kane (Sparta, N.J.) won all four races at the North Country Invitational on Friday and Saturday, averaging their victories by 2.46 seconds. The quartet took the 200 freestyle (1:28.96), 400 freestyle (3:16.69), 200 medley (1:41.65) and 400 medley (3:39.95), including capturing the 400 medley by 4.86 seconds. They posted the top times in the NE10 this season in the 400 free and 400 medley, stand second in the 200 free, and are third in the 200 medley.


NE10 Women's Relay of the Week

200 Yard Freestyle Relay, Bentley

Bentley put the finishing touches on a win at Keene State by placing first in the 200 free relay with a time of 1:42.85. Senior Lucy Slowe (Millis, Mass.) was followed by freshman Madison Capria (Middle Village, N.Y.) and juniors Marissa Adamo (Hackettstown, N.Y.) and Kate Galvin (Suffern, N.Y./Suffern HS)


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Skyler Nenadich, Adelphi (Fr. - Bayside, N.Y.)
Skyler Nenadich returned to the diving board this weekend for the Panthers, taking second in both the one-meter and three-meter events. She fell shy of a first place finish in the one-meterby .45 points, coming in at 236.20. She also placed second in the three-meter event, completing her session with 212.35 points.

Sophia Lumino, Assumption (Jr. - Peabody, Mass.)
Lumino won a pair of events against Stonehill over the weekend. She swam an NE10-best 1:08.90 in the 100 breaststroke and then claimed a victory in the 100 free with a time of 55.38.

Alec Lanza, Bentley (Gr. - Hartland, Wis.)
In a dual win at Keene State, Lanza swam the conference's best time of the season while winning the 50 yard breaststroke in 28:43. He was also second in the 100 breast, finishing in 1:04.77.

Rona Mejiritski, Bentley (Sr. - Bowling Green, Ohio)
Mejiritski posted wins in both the 1000 yard freestyle (11:14.26) and the 100 yard butterfly (1:02.76) during the Falcons' dual victory at Keene State. She was also third in the 200 individual medley (2:20.13).

Belal Hamad, Le Moyne (Fr. - Syracuse, N.Y.)
He registered a pair of individual victories and teamed on a relay win in Le Moyne's 163-56 victory at The College of Saint Rose on Saturday. He won the 200-yard freestyle by touching the wall in 1:48.02 to with by 6.8 seconds. He captured the 100-yard freestyle by 3.3 seconds with a season-best time of 48.11 seconds. He swam the second leg of the victorious 200-yard freestyle relay team, which won by over six seconds in 1:30.84.

Rose Clark, Pace  (So. - Acworth, Ga.)
Clark put together the Setters' top performance at last week's USMMA Invitational. The Georgia native earned the individual win in the 200-breast with a time of 2:35.61.

Patrick Dwyer, Pace  (Sr. - Tomkins Cove, N.Y.)
Dwyer posted a pair of top-three efforts on the diving board at the USMMA Invitational. The senior placed third in the one-meter with a score of 226.20 prior to finishing second in the three-meter (243.25).

Will Englehardt, Saint Michael's (Fr. - Sparta, N.J.)
Freshman Will Englehardt (Sparta, N.J.) won all seven races he entered at the North Country Invitational on Friday and Saturday. Englehardt claimed three solo events, winning the 100 butterfly (54.40), 100 freestyle (48.42) and 200 freestyle (1:47.31), with all three times among the top six in the NE10 this season. He bested the runner-up by 0.99 seconds in the 100 fly and 1.1 ticks in the 200 free. Englehardt's 200 freestyle relay (1:28.96), 400 freestyle relay (3:16.69), 200 medley relay (1:41.65) and 400 medley relay (3:39.55) quartets all won.

Margaret Wilk, Saint Michael's (Fr. - Sparta, N.J.)
Freshman Margaret Wilk (Sparta, N.J.) won all three of her individual races while adding a fourth victory during the North Country Invitational on Friday and Saturday. Wilk also aided a trio of runner-up relays. She won the 100 freestyle (55.42), 200 freestyle (2:02.75) by 2.97 seconds, and the 200 IM (2:17.45). Her times in the 100 free and 200 IM were each the sixth-fastest in the NE10 this season. Wilk anchored all four relays, including helping the 200 medley (1:54.70) win thanks to a 50 freestyle leg of 24.58, quickest among all 11 anchors by 1.5 seconds. The 200 freestyle (1:45.96), 400 freestyle (3:53.60) and 400 medley (4:17.88) all placed second.

Andrew Buehler, Southern Connecticut State (So. - Wallingford, Conn.)
Andrew Buehler led the Owls with two-event leading scorers for the third-straight meet at Iona. Buehler finished with a 243.52 on the 1 Meter and a 239.60 on the 3 Meter.

Lindsay McCawley, Southern Connecticut State (Fr. - Horseheads, N.Y.)
At Iona, Lindsay McCawley  picked up her fourth victory of the season after posting a 5:19.17 in the 500 Yard Freestyle event. McCawley was also on the 200 Freestyle Relay team that won.
