She won all three matches at No. 2 singles and also teamed up with senior Paige Frost to go 3-0 at No. 1 doubles. The first year player was a double-winner in victories over Bentley and Saint Michael’s on the road as well as Merrimack and was a straight sets winner in all three singles matches.

Northeast-10 Conference Women's Tennis Report: Week 9April 02, 2013New Haven's Eva Rybka led the Chargers in a 5-4 victory over Le Moyne on Saturday afternoon. The freshman posted a straight set victory in No. 1 singles (6-1, 7-5), and paired with Lindsey Conley in No. 1 doubles for an 8-4 victory. Her singles win was the first of the season for the rookie and she won her fourth doubles match. It’s the first time this year she has earned either the conference’s player or rookie of the week honors.

She was 2-0 at No. 2 singles, including a straight-sets win over Concordia’s Luisa Candido, the region’s 10th-ranked player, on Saturday, and was also a double-winner for the Skyhawks in an 8-1 victory over Division I Holy Cross, posting wins at No. 1 doubles and No. 2 singles.
