Fuentes earned first place at this week's Franklin Pierce Invitational, with her round of 68 setting the single-round scoring record for the Saint Rose women's golf program.
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Sofia Cova, New Haven
Freshman | Rome, Italy
Cova shot a five-over (76) at the Franklin Pierce Invitational to lead all freshmen and help New Haven to a second-place finish as a team.
NE10 Weekly Honor Roll
Ilaria Ponziani, Adelphi (Sr. - Genova, Italy)
Ponziani shot +5 at the Franklin Pierce Invitational, finishing tied for sixth place in the one day, 18-hole tournament.
Kesinee Prukmathakul, Franklin Pierce (Jr. - Bangkok, Thailand)
Prukmathakul was once again the top player for the Ravens in the team's second tournament of the season. At the Franklin Pierce University Fall Invitational she shot a 69 through 18 holes. As a team, the Ravens placed first in their home tournament shooting a 295 which was a dominant 17 stroke lead over the second place Chargers of New Haven.
Katie Cullen, Saint Anselm (Fr. - Uxbridge, Mass.)
Cullen shot a seven-over (78) at the Franklin Pierce Invitational to lead all Saint Anselm golfers.
