NE10 Women's Track Athlete of the Week

Ava Gravell, Southern N.H.
Junior | Windham, N.H.

Ava Gravell won the 200m (25.89) and was part of SNHU's winning 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams as the Penmen played host to the Twilight Invite Friday. She also finished second in the 100m (12.52).


NE10 Women's Field Athlete of the Week

Raven-Symone Jarrett, AIC
Junior | New Britian, Conn.

Jarrett wasted no time kicking off the outdoor season, winning both the 100-meter hurdles and the high jump at the Yellow Jacket Invitational; she leads the East Region in the latter event after her performance.


NE10 Women's Track Rookie of the Week

Maggie McInerney, Southern N.H.
Freshman | Acton, Mass.

Maggie McInerney won the 400H (1:06.84) and helped lead the SNHU 4x100 relay team to a win at the SNHU Twilight Invite Friday. McInerney ran the 100H in 16.34.


NE10 Women's Field Rookie of the Week

Elizabeth Jones, Franklin Pierce
Freshman | St. Johnsbury, Vt.

In her first collegiate outdoor meet, first-year standout Elizabeth Jones claimed the win in the Women's Pole Vault, clearing a bar of 2.9 meters at the SNHU Twilight Invitational. The mark moved Jones into the second-best, all-time slot in outdoor program history.


NE10 Women's Relay of the Week

4x100 Relay, Southern Conn. St.

At the UConn Dog Fight, the Owls' 4x100 Relay team of Dardielle Exantus, Anna-Sashia Jones, Kisha Francois and Ella Maclean finished second out of six teams with a time of 46.50.


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Grace Minikel, Adelphi (Sr. - Brookhaven, N.Y.)
Grace Minikel placed second overall in the open 5000 meter run at the Colonial Relays, hitting a sub-18 minute mark for the first time in her career at 17:57.06 - this lands her at the top of the East Region Performance list and is a 27-second PR from her indoor best effort.

Syeira Campbell, AIC (So. - Groveland, Mass.)
Campbell took the 400-meter dash at the Yellow Jacket Invitational, winning in 59.28 seconds; she additionally scored in the 200-meter dash for a 12-point showing.

Olivia Johnson, Assumption (Sr. - Stratford, Conn.)
Johnson finished second in the Women's Long Jump this weekend, as her distance of 5.10m (16' 8.75") was 2.5" behind the Division I winner of the event.

Peri Snow, Assumption (Jr. - East Bridgewater, Mass.)
Snow won the 1500m at the AIC Yellowjacket Invitational on Saturday, as she finished the race in 4:58.28.

Caitlin Burmester, Bentley (So. - Willow Grove, Pa.)
At the SNHU Twilight Invitational, Burmester ran the mile in 5:17.39 to win the race by 5.37 seconds. Her converted time of 4:53.88 was good for third on the season's NE10 performance list in the 1500.

Madison Kozyra, Le Moyne (Jr. - Marcy, N.Y.)
She placed second in the discus throw with a program-record mark of 134-feet, 8-inches (41.06m) on her third attempt on the first day of the Geneseo Early Season Invitational on Sunday.

Izzy Newbury, Southern Conn. St. (Sr. - Derby, Conn.)
At the all NCAA Division I UConn Dog Fight, Izzy Newbury had a pair of top 10 finishes in the 100 Meter and 400 Meter Hurdles. Newbury finished ninth out of 20 in the 100 Meter Hurdles with a time of 15.16, edging runners from Boston University and UConn for the top 10 spot. She also finished fifth, out of 10, in the 400 Meter Hurdles with a time of 1:03.31.

Bennie Alula, Southern N.H. (Gr. - Hartford, Conn.)
Bennie Alula won the shot put (11.43m), finished second in the hammer (38.37m), and had a career-best 29.48m in the discus at the SNHU Twilight Invite on Friday.
