Embrace the Learning: NE10 Places 17 Track & Field Student-Athletes on CoSIDA Academic All-District Team

Stonehill with League-High Seven Selections.


MANSFIELD, Mass. – The Northeast-10 Conference had 17 student-athletes named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Men's and Women's Track & Field/Cross Country Teams for their outstanding athletic and academic performances in the 2019-20 season.

The NE10 had seven men's athletes and 10 women's athletes earn recognition as the nation's top student-athletes for their combined efforts in athletic competition and in the classroom. Stonehill had a league-high seven athletes chosen, with Franklin Pierce coming in second with three selections.

Academic All-District honorees will advance to the CoSIDA Academic All-America ballot, with Academic All-America recipients being announced from June 22-25.

Among the list of honorees is a trio of U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Americans: Franklin Pierce's Hugo Arlabosse and Paola Brena, as well as Southern New Hampshire's Ashley Elder.

The NE10 is an association of 14 diverse institutions serving student-athletes across 24 NCAA Division II sports. Together we build brilliant futures by embracing the journey of every student-athlete.
