NE10 Player of the Week
Dahlia Fink, Bentley
Sophomore | Pitcher | Sherman Oaks, Calif.
Fink, during a 5-0-1 week for the Falcons, hit .529 and slugged .824 with eight RBI, her first career home run, two doubles and three runs scored. She had four straight games with two hits scored and drove in at least one run in all five games she batted, including three in game one against Saint Anselm. Inside the circle, Fink was 1-0 with two saves and a 2.10 ERA in four relief appearances. She earned the win in game two against AIC and saved both games against Southern New Hampshire. For the season, Fink has a .466 batting average and an 8-1 won-loss record.

NE10 Rookie of the Week
Audrey Benderski, Le Moyne
Freshman | Corner Infield | Spring Lake Park, Minn.
She slashed .462/.619/.846 with a home run, two doubles, seven walks, six runs batted in and four runs scored in Le Moyne's 4-2 week. She walked and scored in a 6-3 win over Saint Rose in the first game on Tuesday. She homered and drove in three runs in a 6-5 win in the nightcap. After driving in the team's only run against Assumption on Friday, she went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI in a 5-3 win over American International in the first game on Saturday. She then had a double, four walks and two runs scored in a 19-0 win in the nightcap.
NE10 Weekly Honor Roll
Lindsey Hibbs, Adelphi (Jr., P - Brampton, Ontario, Canada)
A perfect game with 19 strikeouts (second-highest total this year) led off the four-time NE10 Pitcher of the Week's fantastic week. She ultimately posted a perfect 4-0 record and let up only four runs across four starts. Her ERA for the week stood at 0.93, to go along with 57 strikeouts and a .131 batting average against. Still the nationwide leader in strikeout-to-walk ratio and strikeouts per seven innings, and trails the national leader in total strikeouts by only 11.
Courtney Wengryn, Adelphi (So., OF - Hillsborough, N.J.)
Wengryn could not be slowed down with the bat in an 8-0 week for Adelphi. Her offensive numbers helped slingshot the Panthers back into first place this weekend in the NE10 standings. She slashed .500/.500/.583 to raise her season average back above .400, while driving in a team-high seven RBIs and scoring five runs. Six of her seven RBIs came in key conference games, including a pair of crucial RBIs in a sweep of Franklin Pierce. Wengryn tallied one stolen based and two walks with no strikeouts on the week.
Brianna Harzula, AIC (Jr., UT - Bernardsville, N.J.)
Harzula had a strong week at the plate for AIC, collecting six hits in 12 at-bats across six games. She drove in the opening runs in AIC's win against Saint Rose, and with three walks included posted a .647 on-base percentage for the week.
Anna Tassone, Assumption (So., P - Gardner, Mass.)
Tassone went 2-0 on the week, as she tossed 14.1 innings and allowed just one earned run. She gave up just one extra-base hit in three appearances and supported a 0.49 ERA and a .196 opponent batting average. Defensively, she was a perfect 7-for-7 on balls hit to her.
Payton Doiron, Bentley (Jr., P - Beacon Falls, Conn.)
In four appearances from the center circle during a 5-0-1 week, Doiron was 3-0 with a 1.65 ERA. She struck out 29 in 17 innings, including nine against both American International and Saint Anselm, and had a 4.14-1 strikeout-walk ratio. In the 17 innings, she allowed only 14 hits and four runs.
Ashley Cangiano, Franklin Pierce (Jr., OF/C - North Attleboro, Mass.)
Cangiano went 9-for-23 through an eight-game week for Pierce, connecting for nine hits with one double, two home runs and nine RBI as well as one stolen base. Cangiano slugged .696 along with a .391 batting average and .500 on-base percentage, along with a unblemished 1.000 fielding percentage with 19 putouts. The Raven junior additionally made history this past week, becoming the program's all-time career RBI leader with her six against Pace University on April 15th.
Laura Bennett, Le Moyne (Jr., P - Corning, N.Y.)
She went 3-1 with 25 strikeouts over 23.1 innings in Le Moyne's 4-2 week. She opened the week with seven strikeouts in a 6-3 win over Saint Rose on Tuesday. She then earned the win out of the bullpen by tossing three and one-third scoreless innings with five strikeouts and just one hit allowed in a 6-5 win over the Golden Knights in the nightcap. After taking the loss in a 2-1 game at Assumption on Friday, she posted six strikeouts in a 5-3 win over American International on Saturday.
Gracie O'Hara, Saint Anselm (Jr., C/OF - Shrewsbury, Mass.)
O'Hara slashed .538/.571/.615 in a 2-1-1 week for the Hawks. O'Hara collected seven hits, drove in two runs, and scored four runs in the pair of NE10 twinbills. The junior recorded two hits in both games against Saint Michael's and drove in two in game two. She would add three hits in the doubleheader at Bentley and stole a base while scoring two runs.
Jenna Devens, Saint Michael's (So., 1B/RHP - Parisppany, N.J.)
Sophomore Jenna Devens reached base in all eight games last week while slashing .435/.522/.517, hitting 10-for-23 with two runs, two doubles, four RBI and five walks. In the circle, she toted a 1.24 ERA across two games, including one complete game, allowing seven hits, two earned runs and a .184 opposing batting average in 11.1 innings. On Monday against Franklin Pierce, Devens went 0-for-1 with two walks in game one while also not allowing an earned run on one hit in 2.1 innings of relief. She was 2-for-4 with a run in the nightcap. Devens batted 3-for-3 with an RBI and a double in the first game and 1-for-3 in game two versus Saint Anselm the next day. In a Saturday meeting with No. 17 Adelphi, Devens hit 1-for-3 with an RBI and a walk in a 2-1, nine-inning loss during the opener. She tossed the complete game, allowing two runs on six hits with four strikeouts and two walks. Devens was 0-for-2 with two walks in game two. On Sunday against Pace, she hit 1-for-3 in the opener and 2-for-4 with one run and a two-run double in the second outing.
Emily Lange, Southern Conn. St. (Jr., OF - Monroe, Conn.)
In a 3-3 week, Emily Lange hit .476 (10-21) with four RBI and five runs scored. Against Pace in a 3-2 win, Lange was 4-for-4 with a triple and two RBI. She would go on to hit safely in five-straight games with a 1-for-3 day with two runs scored in a 5-0 win against New Haven. She followed with a 1-for-3 showing with a run scored in the second game of the doubleheader. Against Caldwell, she was 1-for-4 with a RBI double in a 5-4 win and then capped off the week with a 3-for-5 showing with a RBI and two runs scored.
