WORCESTER, Mass. - On Friday night and into Saturday, the Assumption College women’s swimming and diving took part in the Relay for Life, held in the Plourde Recreation Center on the Assumption campus.
Head coach Stuart Cromarty and the entire team took part in the event, with the team raising over $600 to help support cancer research.
The Relay for Life is an initiative that is operated thru the American Cancer Society. Each year, more than 4 million people in over 20 countries take part in this global phenomenon and raise much-needed funds and awareness to save lives from cancer.
