NE10 Player of the Week

Caden Samkutty, Assumption
Graduate Student | Rockton, Ill.

Samkutty picked up a pair of wins against Division I Holy Cross on Thursday afternoon, as he won No. 1 singles 6-3, 6-3, before winning No. 2 doubles with Luigi Bassani, 6-1. Assumption won the match, 5-2.

NE10 Rookie of the Week

Ansh Chadha, Bentley
Freshman | Woodbury, N.Y.

Chadha went 3-0 in singles last week. He posted wins in No. 4 against Eckerd and Lafayette and a No. 3 win against Rochester. He was 2-2 in doubles, including a win in No. 3 to help the Falcons defeat Eckerd.

NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Marko Jovanovic, Adelphi (Jr. - Belgrade, Serbia)
In another singles contest against a Top 15 regionally-ranked opponent, Jovanovic's 6-1, 6-2 straight-set result at No. 1 singles set the table for a stretch of four straight singles victories for the team that cemented a 5-2 win over UDC on Saturday (Mar. 16).

Gabe Horwitz, Bentley (Sr. - Lake Oswego, Oregon)
Horwitz went 3-1 in No. 2 singles in four matches last week. He posted wins against Eckerd, Division I Lafayette and Saint Thomas Aquinas. He was also 3-1 in doubles, with two wins at No. 2.
