First Round Games Set for Tuesday
MANSFIELD, Mass. – Southern New Hampshire and Adelphi have earned the top seeds in the 2015 Northeast-10 Softball Championship, it was announced by the conference office Sunday. Championship Weekend will be hosted by Southern New Hampshire.

The Penmen are the No. 1 seed out of the Northeast Division after posting an 18-3 record in conference play. The Panthers claimed the top seed out of the Southwest Division with a 14-5 mark in the NE-10.
The first round of the tournament will begin on Tuesday, April 28. Northeast No. 4 seed Saint Anselm (12-9 NE-10) will visit No. 3 Assumption (12-9 NE-10), while Southwest No. 4 seed Le Moyne (9-9 NE-10) will travel to third-seeded Southern Connecticut (10-8 NE-10). Both games are scheduled for 3 p.m. starts.
Stonehill (13-8 NE-10) and Pace (11-7 NE-10) earned the No. 2 seeds and will receive a first round bye before taking the field on Thursday. Adelphi and Southern New Hampshire will both receive double byes and will play in the semifinals on Friday.
The Northeast-10 Championship game will take place on Saturday, May 2.
