Northeast-10 Announces Inaugural Hall of Fame ClassMarch 17, 2006The Northeast-10 Conference has announced the members of the inaugural class of the Northeast-10 Hall of Fame in conjunction with the Northeast-10 Conferences year long celebration highlighting 25 years as a league. The conference will be inducting 25 foundational members into the Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame inductees have been chosen by a vote of the Northeast-10 Hall of Fame committee.

Northeast-10 Names Men?s Golf All-Academic TeamNovember 15, 2005The Northeast-10 Conference has announced the members of the 2005 Men's Golf All-Academic Team. To be eligible for selection to the academic teams, a student-athlete must have met and/or exceeded the following minimum requirements: 1) participated in at least half of the team's competitions and be either a starter or significant contributor; 2) achieved a 3.2 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale); and 3) completed at least one academic year at his/her current institution. The Northeast-10 All-Academic Teams are chosen by a vote of the Northeast-10 Sports Information Directors.

Bryant Wins 20th Northeast-10 Golf Championship; Le Moyne's Tesori Cards Top Individual ScoreSeptember 25, 2005Bryant University utilized the conference tiebreaking procedure to capture its 20th championship with a win over runner-up Le Moyne College at the Northeast-10 Conference Golf Championship. Le Moyne sophomore Joe Tesori (DeWitt, N.Y./Jamesville-DeWitt) carded a one-over par 145 to garner individual medalist honors in the event held at the 6,700 yard, par 72 Links at Sunset Ridge. Bryant and Le Moyne finished with team totals of 609 (+33). Le Moyne brought a six-stroke lead into Sunday?s final round, but the Dolphins totaled a 316 and Bryant followed up its 299 Saturday total with a 310 round on Sunday. To break the team tie atop the leaderboard, the fifth golfers? score from Sunday?s action for between the two squads was compared. Junior Dan McCarthy (Syracuse, N.Y./Christian Brothers Academy) shot an even-par 72 and is fourth among individuals. Le Moyne combined for a five-over par 293 to top the 12-team field. Two-time defending champion Bryant sits six strokes off the pace. The 19-time champion Bulldogs shot a 299 (+11). Bentley is third, followed by Saint Rose. Saint Michael's and Southern New Hampshire are tied for fifth, followed by Saint Anselm, Pace, Assumption, Franklin Pierce, UMass Lowell and American International. Le Moyne To Host 2005 Northeast-10 Golf Championship This WeekendSeptember 22, 2005South Easton, Mass. ? For the seventh consecutive year, Le Moyne College will host the Northeast-10 Golf Championship. The two-day tournament returns to The Links at Sunset Ridge in Marcellus, New York and will begin Saturday, September 24 at 1:00 p.m. Saturday?s first round will be a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m., while play Sunday begins at 7:30 a.m. with tee times determined by Saturday?s results.
